I recently stayed at the Days Inn by Windham Salen, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is perfect, close to all the attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is impressive—from the beautifully decorated interiors to the delicious breakfast spread each morning.
The overall ambiance made me feel right at home, and I can’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommend !

I would recommend Days Inn in Salem. 1535 East Main street. Salem, VA. Very clean. People are very nice. I’m not professional traveller but I stayed in few other hotels. Thumbs up guys. Thank you for warm welcome
Quite possibly worst place I’ve stayed. Rooms are nasty. Dingy sheets. Yes bigs. Specifically gnats in room…. Zero towels at all . No bath mat. When went to get some towels from desk kid working was rude. I tried to explain asking for towels is not asking a lot considering none . He was even more rude. Pot smokers close by. Reeks. Sketchy looking men on parking lot . Safe to say did not sleep much . Left first thing in am
Positive: The location is great for me Negative: It's not clean nor well maintained, needed vacuuming, bed skirt was torn, drain in bathroom sink was broken, ac unint didn't have any markings they were all worn off.
I stopped for a night on my way to Washington DC. Check-In was quick and staff who checked me in was personable and genuine. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located in Salem near restaurants, a grocery store, and a short distance from downtown Salem. Staff are friendly, and rooms are good for a short stay!
Nice room! We stayed in #113 for one night. Two queens and the one we slept in was comfortable and soft. Pillows were also comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows available. The room was clean and somewhat insulated as we could hear the rooms around u
E3 has given me something different, I have always worked out and generally hung out in the power lifting realm. This is totally different but Iâm taking baby steps towards growing in this functional, full-body, and mind renewing fitness! I love th
Being retired from a career requiring 55-65 hour work weeks was somewhat difficult. I found myself needing something to do, so I got a part time job (20 hours a week) like so many other seniors. But, it wasn't all that fulfilling, as I found, I neede
The Salem Museum is a first class, local history site. They have modern, informative exhibits, friendly staff, a beautiful facility, and awesome programs. Be sure to check out the ghost tours and surround cemetery. A must visit while in Salem!
This park is a favorite of ours. There is no playground, but instead there is a river that is always fun for kids to throw rocks in. If the water level is lower it is great for swimming as well. There is a section of pavement that is great for runnin
Great place for karaoke, people are Uber friendly regardless of who you meet. Drinks are decent, service is on point. Food was good for bar food. If you come to play pool bring cash :)
