Days Inn by Wyndham Ozark Springfield - Hotel in Ozark - 900 N 18th St, USA

Great renovations, great price, and friendly owners. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means, but we have stayed here two years in a row and have been pleased with the cleanliness both times. If you want a solid place to sleep with a clean pool and hot tub, this is your place! Also, the owner has fabulous hair!

I’ve been staying here during the week for work for about 2 months. It’s very clean and bright. Most of the Days Inns I’ve stayed at are dark and dated. Not this one. It has new carpet and plenty of lighting. There are plenty fast food restaurants close by and HWY 65 is very accessible

Positive: The young lady that checked us in was wonderful, the rest staff not so much, they were rude abd the men were very creepy, always watching my teen granddaughter. Negative: My reservation was for 2 adults 2 teen kids, my other 2 young grandkids decided they wanted to go, they charged me extra 30$ when the website says kids under 5 are free. There was stains on the sheets, the air would not shut off, Negative: ""

I have no words for how terrible this property is maintained. In hindsight, we could have had a safer and cleaner experience sleeping in our car on a WalMart parking lot. Do not stay here. The owner will not correct any reported issues and it is not safe.

Stayed there coming back from my brother and sister in law funeral. They were killed in a car wreck. Was very tired from a long drive. Very fast check in. Very clean room and was very quiet and comfortable. Will probably stay again. Thanks Travis Maddox

All employees were friendly and helpful. The were accommodating when we asked for something. We had to ask for towels every day. The area is safe and parking lot is well lit. There was a mattress laying in the back of the parking lot by the dumpster, that was gross. Seemed to have been recently painted and newer carpet in the hallways. The plastic mattress cover was a nightmare! Every time I moved it woke me up with crinkling noise. I wanted to take it off so I could sleep! The smell in the lobby area was awful. Couldn’t go into the seating area due to the smell. The breakfast was prewrapped muffins and cheese/peanut butter crackers. Didn’t try the coffee or beverage. Out of order juice dispenser. Our room card kept deactivating, at one point the desk attendant walked down the hall to my room with the ‘master’ card to let me into the room, as soon as I left, I couldn’t get back into the room. However, it was better than the place we stayed in Lawrence KS the night before.

Positive: There was nothing at this hotel to make us ever stay there again. Although it was very clean. Negative: We had to request another room due to our first room having a completely shattered window covered in plexiglass! The choice for TV was awful and the breakfast was old white bread and a blueberry muffin. Horrible for what they advertise and cost. Negative: ""

I spent 4 days at Ozark, MO Days Inn waiting for MT new grandson to arrive. It was very comfortable especially the pillows. The highlight was the indoor swimming pool and spa tub. It was sparkling clear with cork floors. I will return here when I visit my grandson.
