Karen at the front desk and the general manager Diane was very happy and perky.. I met Diane my first night there and with a baby at that she made me feel very welcomed. They greeted me with a smile and were very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were super clean and actually really nice. They were more updated besides the bathroom but it too was super clean.The housekeeping was super clean and amazing. overall an excellent experience i will be back and will recommend. Staff was 100% at all times! Rooms were very comfortable but small. Clean rooms however the walls have not been wiped down in a while and corners of wall/ceiling have areas that need attention. Just a few minor details that would have made us more comfortable about cleanliness. Again cannot say enough good things about all staff. They were always kind, attentive, & very caring. Definitely would stay again.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the water was hot, the hotel is quiet. It was an overall very pleasant experience. Denise is absolutely incredible and has great customer service and deserves a raise for how amazing she made this experience for me and my father. During our travels, we dealt with the rudest people at other hotels and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Denise.

When I checked in the young lady behind the desk could not have been more pleasant. It was a long drive to get there and she was polite and friendly. The stay was great. The room was spotless. No sign of anything that I did not want in my room. When I departed the lady behind the desk was also great. Their names were Karen and Denise. Not sure which one is which but I would be very happy having on my team of employees. I highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: The location was very convenient for where we were doing our business Negative: The people that work at this hotel are very hospitable, and the hotel itself is not very clean. If you?re looking for a cheap hotel and cleanliness doesn?t matter, you can get a good deal at this hotel. We seem to have an infestation of fruit flies.

I was super pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I normally just shoot for cheap and don't worry about any finesse when I travel, but not only was this a very affordable stay, but I was greeted very kindly by the front desk manager, I wish I remembered her name. She was quick and lovely and got me extra blankets personally, gave me a room upgrade, and a small goodie bag. She also checked me in slightly early without any question. The service was lovely and the room was SPOTLESS. I had the best sleep of my entire trip last night. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future when I'm in Jax and I truly hope this hotel treats their staff as awesome as their staff treats guests. Seriously can't say enough about how nice it was, especially after a long and frankly stressful day. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, I needed a hotel last minute. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk lady Karen was inviting and polite as soon as I walked through the front door. The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. The hotel itself was pretty close to restaurants and things to do. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Great customer service! Karen was so helpful and friendly. She made sure the coffee was brewing! I'm sure I will be down that way again in the near future, and I'll definitely stay at the Days Inn.
