Our stay at Days Inn was great. The person who checked us in, Harmony, deserves special recognition for her customer service as she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.||The bed was amazing, better than some expensive resorts we've stayed at. We slept very well while we were there. Breakfast was also good though it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit as the options were a bit carb heavy - I do highly recommend the waffles and yogurt. ||The location was great as well as it gave us easy access to everything in Ocean Shores. ||Since all the rooms with King beds are on the 2nd floor, it would have been great to have an elevator but that is not normally provided at a Days Inn so is not a deal killer
Room was clean, staff was friendly, pool was on the cold side but we still had a lot of fun. Breakfast is bare bones ( no protein ) but the waffles were good. Price was great for 4 nights with 4 people
Don’t stay here. They over charged me ($200) after I asked for a late departure time and the front desk said no problem. The housekeeper was screaming at a guest for dirty towels and woke up the entire hotel. Paper thin walls and you can hear all the plumbing in every room. Run down and old with sketchy staff. Worst experience I’ve had in along time.
Positive: "" Negative: My room smelled like marijuana aside from having very old furniture. The receptionist confirmed the smell but was unable to accommodate me into another room. I had to find another hotel. Still waiting for my refund. The star level should be a 1.
Positive: The beds were very comfortable. The location was great Negative: There was a 1/2 inch gap under the door. Rodents a bugs can easily get in. The bathroom fan switch was broken and could cause a shock. The window view was of a neighbors junk yard.
we were told we needed to pay an additional $10 to upgrade to the room that we had already paid for and booked online, because they had overbooked themselves in their main hotel building (they have 2 properties that connect). when we didn’t want to pay the additional fee, we were placed in the secondary hotel property they have, which is extremely run down & honestly as females we were almost afraid to sleep there. staff was decently pleasant but hit on my friend and i after we made it clear (and he saw our id) that we were not the age he was looking for. the breakfast was also not very good, as there was no hot food besides diy waffles (which were actually pretty okay). either way, we were double charged on our card after all of this, so we eventually ended up paying over $150 for a room that was supposed to be $80. overall i would not recommend staying here by any means, and even if it’s the only hotel around with vacancy, you’ll be better off car camping than dealing with the mess of this hotel. thanks!
This was a last minute stress decision to stay in a hotel for the night, we arrived 2 hrs before check in, upon arrival we observed the rooms being cleaned and the staff really taking their time on each room. Upon checking in, the staff at the front desk were super nice/ friendly. once we were checked in with pups, upon entering the room it smelled clean and any discrepancies I had I made sure to take pictures and notified the front desk immediately because I didn't want to pay for previous occupants poor decisions and they were very understanding about it. It was exceptionally quiet considering the amount of dogs staying on site. The breakfast options were really good, appeased to both kids and adults. Over all It was an excellent decision to stay the night there & we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend if your traveling with pups.
We arrived 45 mins prior to check in time and were told it’s $10 per room for early check in, we had three rooms|Booked. So we waited in the carpark till check in time. Lady on the front desk is not friendly neither was the manager. The room was clean, TV initially didn’t work it was fixed but the remote didn’t work properly. A/C is an add on with cardboard sealing the window, main light in my room flickered on and off and was dull. The disappointment for us as we are from Australia was the unfriendliness of the staff this is the only hotel we have experienced such an unfriendly attitude by staff in the USA. Avoid if you can.

Great covered picnic area. For the price ($45) and what we needed for a family gathering on Mother's Day this spot was perfect. Nice field for game playing, lots of picnic tables, bathrooms nearby, lots of parking and lots of fun trails.
