Days Inn by Wyndham North Little Rock / Maumelle - Hotel in North Little Rock - 7200 Bicentennial Rd, USA

Perfect pillows, comfy mattress, hot water, very clean, quiet, easy check-in and check-out and accommodated our 2 cats. Breakfast is simple, but filling. Safe neighborhood. Lots of food choices close to hotel. Coffee, small fridge and microwave in room. We stay here every time we drive through Arkansas and highly recommend!

So we made a reservation on the Windham website and it told us that we could pay $20 for late checkout at 1:00 p.m.. Upon arrival they did not have my online reservation completed so I had to do the check in all over again, show them my ID and authorize my card again. When I requested a late check out they only charged $10 vs the $20 the website said it was. The next morning they started calling me at about noon asking me if I was trying to rent the room for another night or if I was checking out. I let them know that I was not going to need another night. A few minutes later they call the room again, to inform me that checkout was noon. By this point it was about 12:30ish. I let them know that I didn't realize that check out was noon because the website said it was 1:00. She said it was fine that I could stay but they would charge me another $10. $20 was what I expected to pay already anyway so it was not a big deal. I went to the front desk to go pay the extra money and they inform me that they don't have 1:00 checkouts only noon. I showed him where the website said check out at 1:00. Long story short he did not charge me to stay that extra hour but was really irritated that the website offered a 1:00 p.m. check out when he wanted you checked out at noon. All of this would not have been as big of a deal if they would have told me when I checked in that night that check out was at noon. But upon check in, they never did tell me a check out time after I paid for late checkout. They were really understanding with me about it, as I was with them, but it was definitely falsely advertised through the website and they could have done better to make it clear to the customers. All in all though I would definitely stay there again.

Days Inn was nice and the room cleaner was very nice and sweet and so was the lady in the laundry room. The breakfast wasn't as suspected but it was still good. They cleaning lady left us alone after the first day, laugh out loud, but it was nice of her to stop by and ask if we needed anything which we did. Thank you for the stay.

I like the way they welcomed me…room are cleaned and hygiene, Spacious parking lot and greenery. I recommend everyone to visit this place. Simply I can say, I had a best accommodation. No disturbance and the main part is it’s a non smoking property.

We stayed at the hotel for the recent eclipse. The hotel was completely renovated 2 months ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. The bed was comfortable and the had good pillows. We viewed the eclipse from the parking lot that was surrounded by trees. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay.

For what is expected, this is a totally acceptable facility that is 95% clean and unobjectionable. My biggest qualm about this motel is their sign: it said, "Turn here!". I turned there and had to drive an additional 15 minutes because I accidentally got back on the highway. That was my fault, I guess. The guy who worked there was nice, but maybe a touch slow. Overall, it was a good choice.

Best stay ever! Lovely place with incredibly polite and attentive staff, spacious parking, beautiful surroundings, and impeccably clean rooms. Would absolutely love to visit again. Beautiful place.😍😍😍Highly recommend this gem!

My issues I had is the one staff member in the morning, waiting on me to leave 1-2 hours prior to checkout. I felt rushed, and I was being judged. As soon as I loaded my car up, she came by and asked if I was out of the room. After I told her I was done with the room she went to check on it as if I were a child and she wasn’t cleaning it. It made me feel as if she thought I were nasty and that she needed to make sure not to charge me extra. Very humiliating I would never stay there not a safe parking lot. I felt like I might get robbed. Had to take everything I owned inside the room.
