If I could rate this place a zero stars I would. I came to this place several times and it was awesome! Clean, reasonably priced, and they accommodated me as I am disabled. Well this time I booked for 7/20/24 -7/22/24. I called the hotel directly to confirm that they received my reservation. The female that answered the phone said she did receive my confirmation but not my request for accommodation due to my disability. She answered with such an awful tone It caught me off guard. I said I have a screenshot of the request. Then she went off on me screaming she canceled my reservation and kept yelling to stay off her property. The yelling set off my anxiety so bad I was getting an anxiety attack. The way she was yelling and repeating to stay off her property made me think she is mentally unstable to be working in an establishment that deals with the public, especially with people who have disabilities. I called back, as I needed a place to stay. She went off yelling that she does not want me on the property. Then she said I canceled your stay yelling again, then hung up. Good thing I found a better place that same day with such professionalism, empathy, and so willing to accommodate me, it really impressed me. Get rid of that female, as she is a loss to such a nice establishment, not an asset. Don't go to this place if you're not used to be yelled at and have your reservation cancelled.

Room was very clean and air conditioner worked very very good. Wanted to try bath tub since it has spa jets, definitely will be back to try this and spend more time. A plus with microwave and freezer usually only comes with fridge! Definitely coming back! Only one CON was the parking too many rooms not enough parking!

This Days Inn is conveniently located near City of Hope which is such a great cancer hospital and research center! Our room had a comfortable King size bed, with lots of comfy pillows 😴 This right here gets them a 5-Star rating!!!!! Also, the room was appointed with a large jacuzzi tub, separate shower and even a wireless cell phone charger. Very nice. The manager was accommodating with our early check-in request. Overall, we enjoyed our one-night stay.

I would not stay here again. When arriving at the property, it was dark and it looked like it was in bad condition. Check in at night was done through a night window. Apparently there is a $150 per person deposit. The rooms were dirty. The sheets smelled terrible. Some of the towels were stained. It was really uncomfortable to even sleep. There is a mini fridge available along with a noisy air conditioner. The room was not in great shape and looked worn out. Breakfast was super light, consisting of cereal, bread, oatmeal and fruit. Considering the price paid, I would not stay here again and would spend a little more on a more quality place.

Had a great stay. The person at the front desk checked us in quickly and was very friendly. Room was spacious, had a king bed with tons of pillows which we loved. This hotel is dog friendly which is why we chose it. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again.

Best kept secret in Duarte! Not sure why they don't have all 5-star ratings. Owners/managers are VERY nice and thoughtful. Rooms are updated and clean. Laundry on site. Lite breakfast. Best hotel I've ever stayed at in the last 2 months of living out of hotels. 100% recommend joining Wyndham rewards for better rates and points!

Stayed here with the fam few days ago. Once we check in on our room. The windows shutter were already broken. We did inform someone that those were broken when we arrive. I guess that person never took note and inform their team about it. So now I got charge 150$ + our stay. Called and spoke to their manager lady , wont even tell us her name and whos very rude. Said that we broke that, when we already filed complaint about that. So now she wont refund us. Never stay here again. We got proof that it was broken when we arrive.

Nice furniture, comfy bed, could be a tad bit cleaner. Reception and staff are always friendly. Great experience! A lot of fast food options available. Small restaurants are good as well. Santa Anita race track and mall are 10 mins away if you are looking for activities.
