There is no “breakfast included” as advertised on the website for this location. The managers had provided only 8 small muffins and packages of instant oatmeal for all of the guests. There were no eggs, bacon/sausage, bread/bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices or a waffle station that other locations advertise and provide. These managers did not meet the standards that customers expect and pay for when they make a reservation at a location which offers “breakfast included”. They can do much better to match the service provided at other Days Inn properties.
Front desk was friendly and helpful. Honored our request for extra pillows. Room clean, comfortable, great airconditioner, bed very comfortable, hot shower with great pressure and shower head. Updated room. Big mini fridge and appreciated the microwave. Would stay again.
The king queen room was in the back building was and clean and quiet. The coffee was good too. Easy access to SFA. Nice efficient stay and so thankful it was not loud at night. The housekeeper made the bed and placed fresh towels which was unexpected.
Average hotel, not really outstanding in any particular way. Room entry was from outside. Appeared to be an older hotel that had been rehabbed & updated. My room was right next to office which I appreciated as traveling alone and female. I had accidentally booked a smoking room and the only non-smoking room they had left was 2 double beds. They made a swap without any hassles. One bed had what I would guess was grass and ground debris from probably a dog. I slept on the other bed. Door safety look looked like it had been misused in past and had poor repair. Looks like it wouldn't be very secure if someone tried to kick it in. Chair at bedside was stained - it probably should be pulled from room or deep cleaned. Room seemed otherwise clean enough. Price was reasonable and next time I'll be more careful to book non-smoking room. Average hotel with Average experience.
Rooms clean and great bed. Pool is nice and big. No street noise. Gave 4 only because "breakfast" was pitiful. Watered down coffee and watery juice.
We chose this motel because of how close it was to the University. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Check-in and out was very quick from my phone. She opened the pool for us, which was a pretty decent size and clean, and we had it to ourselves.
Positive: Location to SFA and restaurants. Pool was nice. Negative: The breakfast was lackluster. Muffins and granola bars. The lobby had a weird smell. We only stayed one night and it was fine for just that.
The receptionist was nice but not helpful. The upstairs room appeared to be clean but the floors were filthy. I always wear socks in a hotel room and here's a picture after one night there. There were two very small square bars of soap and no other amenities. The 'continental breakfast' was a joke. We got there at 7:45am. There were a couple of very small muffins and Granola Bars. Nothing to drink and there was no one in the office area, which is evidently also the 'breakfast room".

Beautifully renovated historic hotel. Rooms have been upgraded with modern amenities. The rooms are small compared to new hotels/motels . The restaurants and bar are an attraction of their own with good food, drink and service. The pool area is refre
The hotel was very clean. The evening staff - Scarlett - was very friendly and welcoming! The bathroom had all necessities provided. The only thing you need is your toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed was great quality with plenty of plush pillows! I
Came across a little gem of a BBQ spot in Nacogdochesâ¦Brendynâs BBQ. Walked up to the counter and the lady doing the meat cutting kindly gave me an overview of the menu. I already saw her make a couple of sandwiches and was impressed, she is a sk
Outstanding donuts, one of the best I've had in Texas. Light, flaky, wonderful flavor. Had cinnamon rolls, glazed twists, and cake donuts. Each was amazing. Staff was super nice. Got me a place for donuts in Nacadoches ð.
Lots of green space to play in and a pretty nice playground that was updated a few years back. Much more to play on when we were coming over 5 years ago. Plenty of nice trails too. Also, it was nice to check out the Goodman Bridge they have placed h
Love that the atmosphere is laid back and itâs not as crazy as Starbucks. (Which I always have the worst experience) The coffee is great here too! I like to drink my coffee and read a good book and study.. I have never had a bad experience and the
