Days Inn by Wyndham Mocksville - Hotel in Mocksville - 1500 Yadkinville Rd, USA

Stayed here last night because our AC unit went out. The first room we got was not cleaned. It was dirty, ink blots on sheets, dirt still in the beds, and we even found a pill left on the floor. After being asked to be given our money back we were denied and gave another room. This room had two roaches on the floor as soon as we walked in. The walls are nasty. My worst experience yet.

I would give this zero stars. Do not stay here! Stay in your car if you have to. Stains all over the walls, mold, and very dirty. The hotel does not feel safe and it is DISGUSTING. I am so mad that I gave any money to this place. Someone else booked this for a team event or I would have left. I honestly don't know how they stay open. Absolutely gross.

The couch was dirty with stains. The pull out couch had a lot of crumbs on it. The manager reluctantly gave me an extra sheet to cover it after i offered to actually pay for an extra sheet. He didn't make me pay. The sheet had a dead fly in it. The breakfast provided was a joke. It was waffles, yogurt, and granola bar. No additional food offered,not even cereal. It was such a poor experience I checked out 2 days early

Worst stay so far this year. Very old school poorly kept location, Windham should be ashamed. No electrical outlets worked,no wifi, no elevator, old ac unit, room phone didn't work at all so forget calling the lobby, old school very small tub, if your over 6 ft tall this ain't for you. Expect to be awakened early due to screaming kids in the pool or inconsiderate people with barking dogs. There's plenty more but if this isn't enough I feel sorry for you.

You are not expect such incredible customer service out here in the country out of cheap little days inn! The guys that run this place are above and beyond. Kind, caring, and willing to accommodate you no matter what you need. Hotel is clean, no bugs, jet tubs available, very comfortable beds. Nice looking pool area out back facing the woods. Highly recommended. Major kudos to Terry and Sam!

Everything was great. I enjoyed the outside pool and the picnic area. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so wonderfully. Breakfast is a plus!!! I will be back soon.

Good location right between both cities we wanted to visit. The hotel was very quiet. Lots of parking spaces. Maid services was good

I unfortunately did a non-refundable reservation of 5 days. The rooms are not cleaned as pictured. Everyday we had a 5:45 unwanted wake-up with a truck horn blaring for 10 minutes straight calling to the workers in the building for their ride. EVERYDAY!! As well as the workers screaming outside our door! Then at 7am the blowing start's as well as the maid service hamper going back and forth. We had sheets with stains, which looked fresh like it was the previous occupants. Walls were dirty, bathtub was gross. Floors were gross but thankful for no carpet. I can’t imagine. There’s only a fabric shower curtain. Towels were bleached so I could smell those actually were washed thankfully. Our 2 Queen size beds were actually 2 Full size beds. We sent the kids to go stay with our family so they didn’t have to be in that room. It was gross and dirty..and we never got to sleep in 1 damn day..
