Charge higher then some other hotels in the area. Wife thought it must be better place to stay, but was she wrong. Place is stink, and they have burn accents to try to get rid of the smell. Window lock needs to be fix. No door safety latch. Chair seat just about fall through. Hot water took forever to get hot. Breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly. Bed is good. Toilet seat is not sturdy and can slide around and pinch your skin it happen to be next to it. Now a day don't let the price fool you in thinking higher price means better place. You have to see what the current pictures look like and see what people say currently.

The flooring in our room was enough to make me feel like I didn't want it to touch my feet at all. It was stained and sticky feeling and gross. The shower was OK but the drainage was terrible so your feet were up to the ankles in other peoples bacteria, they need some serious upkeep and updating. The staff was great and the beds were clean and comfortable.

For what we paid the room was nice! Room was overall pretty clean, the carpets could use a deep steam, but definitely not awful, bed was very comfortable and for a room over the pool area was very quiet. Towels were on the low end and the hot breakfast wasn’t good, but the cold breakfast was good! I would stay again!

Friendly staff HOWEVER, room we were given was next to kitchenettes and was VERY stinky even in our room. Rooms need some updating..Breakfast had a good selection. Would not stay here again.

Well the hotel staff was nice. We found the room infested with bedbugs. Pretty nasty and very upset. Waterside stairs unsafe. Hot tub jets broke. Stayed one night and blamed us for the tons of bedbugs in the room. Will never stay again or recommend this place to anyone.

The place was safe and had a great breakfast. The rooms were okay. The beds were nice, but the carpet was stained up and it was a lil dirty in the room. Pool was great so as the water slide and hot tub. 7/10

Looks good on website but pretty run down. Towels and sheets were stained, water damage by window, carpets look old and dirty. Our room door wouldn’t lock, still waiting on the solution to this. There’s also no elevator and they refused to move us to a first floor room. Thankfully we’re just staying one night as we pass through. I would not stay here again or recommend it. We were drawn to the pool features for our kids but totally not worth it!

I only stayed one night on my way to Seattle. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The price was also reasonable and I got a veterans discount. Breakfast was included and it was very good. They had fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, French toast pancakes, waffles, pastries juices, and of course fresh coffee. The breakfast was really nice and it was included. Another nice touch was at the front desk they had postcards you could send from there. A very good experience it showed the stack cared.
