Days Inn by Wyndham Maumee/Toledo - Hotel in Maumee - 1704 Toll Gate Dr, USA

Overall experience was well below acceptable. Pool was never open during our 2 day stay. Had to endure filthy floors my wife throw out her whits socks she used to walk from the the to the bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing for this diabetes type diets. Very ghetto conditions.

I was on my way to Detroit driving from Atlanta and had to spend one night at this hotel with my family. Mine was a room with suite arrangements but the suite was just another partially built room attached to my primary room. The so called suite did not have AC or fan. It just had a sofa bed, light, broken furniture, an AC that did not work and an empty room (presumably space for a bathroom) that was filled with dirt. Bathrooms were merely neat. Water didn’t flush in the bathtub. Towels were ok. The location is pretty sketchy with so much weed smell coming from everywhere. We even thought about leaving at the middle of the night and find ourselves a room in the nearby Holiday Inn. Homeless people all over the property. The staff on the other hand were trying their best to do they can but the hotel was pretty bad. I will never visit or recommend this place for anyone. I have stayed at better Days Inn hotels.

The place can use an update. The rooms were clean. The exterior needs to be updated. The free breakfast consisted of carbohydrates only (waffles, kids cereal , bagels, some orange juice , milk coffee or tea) no protein.!

Nice location. Friendly staff. Descent Continental breakfast. Could use 2 waste baskets in rooms or larger 1. Descent room rates. Pretty quiet for the most part. Pool was clean. Needs towels for guest. But again for the price Bring your own Towel. We stayed 3 days and were pleased with our stay

It was nicer than I thought it was going to be. It was comfortable enough. It's an old motel and it's very dingy and needs a lot of upkeep work. But it was a place to sleep and the staff was awesome and very sweet. Delightfully the place has a pool! It's not very big but it's a nice pool with just enough chairs around it.

Positive: The hotel was good for the cost that I paid. The outside grounds were clean. Check in was fast. The room was as OK it was a little dated. The location was close to stores and Urban Air was a hit with the kids. Negative: There were animal hairs on the bed sheets, I imagine its because the hotel is pet friendly so they probably came from the wash. The refrigerator was cool but not cold & no freezer or way to adjust the temp. The room had a dirty old smell. Negative: ""

Worst experience ever our room was dirty no towels the early morning lady bangs on our door at 6am because our camper was in 2 parking spots that were our 2 spots We weren't in the way. But she was yelling at my wife threatening to call the cops if we didn't get off the property the so called Continental breakfast consisted of waffles that we make ourselves low drinks. No food waffle makers dirty. The counters were dirty. Unbelievable experience. I would never recommend it to anyone

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room was dirty, and smelled really bad. The receptionist offered me a second room and that room was worse. The furniture was damaged, it reeked of cigarette smoke and body odor. It didn't look safe and looked like people were selling drugs.
