Days Inn by Wyndham Little Rock/Medical Center - Hotel in Little Rock - 901 Fair Park Blvd, USA

We arrived at 1:30 in the morning for a place to sleep on our way to Branson Wyndham. The gentleman was very polite, friendly & accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Bed was extremely firm, hence only 4 stars. There were 5 lovely, fluffy pillows on the king bed so I laid them out and slept on top of them. Convenient Clean and Quiet property right off the highway. With an 11 am checkout. Win win!

Found location easily. With the help of the Day's Inn website and Google maps....we were taken there in minutes from the Heart Hospital area. The check in was painless and they were helpful with discounts. We checked room and beds for bugs...NONE. We checked bathroom floor and fixtures for hair... NONE. Could not even find a stain on any of the white linen. It felt clean, safe, and relaxed there. The mini fridge was ice cold and spotless. The FREE breakfast included cold juice, cereals, yogurts, fresh made pancakes ( not frozen) and toast from 6am to 9 am. Highly recommend this place. So kind they all were. I had to use the Heart Hospital but next time I want to stay there and see the ZOO. Maybe then I can also enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool like the other guests having a great time.👍

This particular place may have some aesthetic issues. However, the service out weighs the chipping paint. The girl on the desk welcomed us & made sure we wouldn’t have any questions. She definitely gets 5 stars for hospitality & professionalism. Thank you!

All around this location is horrible. Room was nasty had roaches in there all the time. My mini fridge and microwave did not work at all and when I asked about it they kept saying we will get to it. And on a Thursday night I got back from work and found out they were selling parking spots there at the hotel for the football game down the road so I had no where to park and had to walk to get to my room.

On our way back to Texas we stopped at this place because we were looking for something cheap. The first thing my son noticed when we got to the room was a cockroach on the coffee pot, and the smell of the room was absolutely disgusting. The next morning when I went to get my $100.00 deposit back, they made me wait 20 minutes. We were supposed to be somewhere at 10:30 and we're late because we had to wait for the deposit, oh and by the way they will not give your deposit back to you before 9:00 am. They put us in a handicapped room, we are not handicapped. The swimming pool was locked, and people were outside their rooms late at night drinking and having a good time. 🤬. If you have time to choose a different hotel I would highly recommend it.

horrible would not stay there again…. tried to scam us out of 100$ deposit.. told us towels were missing but come to find out the man who took a look to see if everything was good hid towels in the sheet and the cleaning lady found them and said it was not missing!! plus it stinks & seen a few roaches.

The stay was absolutely the worst experience ever!!! The room smelt dog and cigarettes. It was supposed to be a non smoking room... it was a cigarette bud in the vent of the A/C. It was a lot of activity and very sketchy area it was in. I alone don't like how housekeeping lied on my family and I about some mysterious stain on a pillow case that wasn't on it before we left for check out.... before we left out for a 3 hour journey they charged 20 dollars for a pillow case that they've claimed we damaged a hour later. And also I almost forgot the bottom lock couldn't be locked because it looked like the door was once kicked in I wouldn't recommend staying here it isn't family oriented at all!!!!

Wouldn’t do this again for two nights it ended up costing me a hundred dollars per night for a deposit overtop the room charges. Was told it would get sent back after checkout but it hasn’t been sent back and it looks like it is a money taking scam. I was there due to a good friend being in the hospital for a motorcycle accident and then I have Days Inns screwing me out of 300 dollars or actually stealing would be a better term. Everything else was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again at any location since the two I stayed at did the same thing
