Floor made your feet black. Lock on door broken and we requested it to be fixed for the first two days. Every time being told that they would fix it that day. Travel with my own towels thank god secondary only being one set. Had to clean bathroom before use. Crumb under the sheets from previous guest. Missed flight told employee they could keep night rent along as I could check in the next day with no issue. Took pictures of room. Been traveling for the last 1.5 yr. It was my worst experience so far. We left on last night found a different hotel that was clean. Ask maid what to do with our trash. She handed me two trash bags. Tv with a green screen not able to watch. Glad I travel with TV. Stay at your own risk. Also as comment on another charged $40 and no good explanation. Hand print on tub that was black. Not to mention burn holes in linens. Booked through Priceline. But not happy with the experience. Book at your own risk. Can not say that enough

The room was dirty and we had several issues. We were left with minimal toilet paper, no soap to wash our hands, a broken sink stopper, a ripped shower curtain, plastic sheets on the bed, a musty smell and the safety lock on the door was broken. The staff I dealt with the most did not speak fluent English so getting issues resolved was next to impossible. The hotel system also fraudulently charged my credit card and has now caused issues in my day to day banking. This property should be removed form the Wyndham Rewards program, and my 15,000 points should be returned to my account.

This Days Inn is not a cleanliness stayed. The bathtub was not draining good at all, washing both our babies in the tub was discussed. There's only one towel provided. No coffee up and no coffee grounds provided other than the coffee pot. The floor was not mopped at all, who knows for how many stays or months has it been. Bathroom tissues are low, no extra one is left.

stopped over on the way down to Oregon. Needed a break since we started late on a Friday. ||Location was optimum being middle of the drive, and being right off the highway. ||The pictures online posed a better image of the motel. Understand I sort of knew what we were walking into, but that still gave us a higher expectation of what it is. Front desk check in are was clean and updated. Check-in needed a bit of wait, since they were dealing with other patrons at the moment. ||the suite had a okay layout, believe most of it was still the original 70 or 80s stucco, electrical will probably need some updating. It does have a welcome updated laminate flooring, working fridge and microwave. ||The unfortunate point was the washroom was not clean, there were mold/moisture in the ceiling, the light isn't that bright, toilet not fixed down properly. ||so that lead us not trusting the condition of the rest of the suite. ||Overall, it was an okay experience, provided what was needed.

The only good part of this stay was the location being right up the street from the car rental place. The room had spiders all over it and the sheets and blankets smelled like they have not been changed or washed. When checking out because we were waiting on the ride to get the rental car we asked for an extra 10 minutes and the front desk said no we had to be out of the room by 11:00am. We were going to stay here 3 nights because the rooms 100 times better online then in person so we cancelled the other 2 night and we are still waiting on the refunds for the rooms. I am going to try one more time to get my refund before I reach out to Wyndham. I hope whoever reads this does not stay here. There are better places on the other side of the freeway. Rudest people I have ever meet.

The pictures make it look much better than it actually is. I know that Days Inn is not a high caliber property regardless of where you go but I have stayed at more than a dozen Days Inn properties as well as hundreds of nights at other Wyndham properties. ||This motel though was the worst experience we've had. It started with the check-in counter being so high and the woman working behind the desk. I couldn't see her or understand what she was asking me to do. We had to sign a form stating they would charge us for all damage in the room and if we found damage we were to report it first so they didn't charge us. ||Our room was dirty. The floor under the desk had dirt and garbage in it, and the bathroom had built up scum and stains on the tub. Our ceiling had a giant hole cut in it with an access panel that didn't cover it. The bathroom door had a hole kicked in it and the towel bar was falling off the wall. ||The bed was uncomfortable, the blankets VERY thin and only 3 pillows which is odd for a King Size. The towels were stained and we had to ask for more towels as we stayed for 3 days. The booking site said they do housekeeping every day and our room was never cleaned, and when we asked for more towels they insisted we bring the dirty ones down before they would give us new ones. And they don't even give you hand soap. We had to ask for it and they said they only have body wash (which also wasn't in the room).||Every day when we came back our key card didn't work. There was no breakfast as advertised. The pictures make it look like a buffet but the only thing in the closet they call a breakfast room was stale sugar filled danishes and Kirkland chocolate chip granola bars. ||This hotel is not even worth the price they're offering it for. I will never stay here again

The room was spotless, which was a great plus. However, the check-in process was a real drag. It took about 15 minutes, and the staff member at the front desk seemed to be struggling. I felt bad for them – I hope they got the help they needed. A faster check-in would definitely be an improvement. On another note, the hotel has a policy of charging a $20 fee for stained towels, which seems a bit excessive. While I understand the need to keep towels clean, the high fee might be a turn-off for some guests. There was a food truck parked across the street from the hotel in the parking lot. They offered a 5% discount for hotel guests, but unfortunately, the hours of operation weren't posted anywhere. This made it difficult to take advantage of the discount. Finally, the person next door cranked their music all night, and it seemed like management didn't do anything about it. I was too tired to complain, but it definitely disrupted my sleep. Overall, the clean room was a saving grace, but the slow check-in, confusing towel policy, and noisy neighbor could all be improved. The food truck discount was a nice idea, but the lack of hours made it unusable.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Lick on door not fixed asked clerks 2 days in a room. Floor would make your feet black by walking across them. Burn hole in sheet and blanket. Crumbs under sheets. Bathroom with a black hand print. Had to clean the shower before use. Too many problems
