Days Inn by Wyndham Kingsland GA - Hotel in Kingsland - 1353 GA-40, USA

I had every intention of leaving a good review of this budget hotel until today. We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Florida. We arrived early and were told that we could check in early for an extra $25. I was hot and tired from driving so we paid the additional for early check in. Overall the room was ok, it was clean, the bed was hard but not unbearable. There was a fairly large gap under the door where the weather stripping was missing that allowed a large spider to attempt to room with us but we executed him on the spot. The breakfast was a joke, waffles, toast, cereal and yogurt. Fast forward to 3 days after we checked out and I see a random charge for $15 on my card. I call to ask why and they tell me there was a hand towel missing. I fully understand that sometimes people take the towels either on purpose or accident, had that been the case I would completely agree. However, I DID NOT TAKE THE HAND TOWEL, If I had I would have gladly paid the $15. Do t stay here u less you want to pay to replace all their linens.

This hotel we stayed at one night May 12, and breakfast was very limited for selection. several days later I checked my credit card and found a $30 charge. Upon calling the hotel, the desk clerk said it was for 2 missing hand towels. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that he had quit and when asked the reason it was said for people being charged for missing items, towels, etc. i was told to dispute this with my credit card, which i have promptly done. On Friday May 17, upon our return trip home I stopped at this hotel and asked to speak with manager. The two female employees said that there was no manager he had quit due to disputes over missing items. They also stated that 20 people had called to complain about being charged for missing towels or items from the room. The rooms are said to be cleaned by a husband-and-wife team who won't allow anyone else to help. Upon looking at the book, it was written several times where there were missing towels. The employees said the owner would not do anything to rectify this and we should file a dispute with our credit card company. Wyndam will be notified of this scam and travelers should avoid this hotel at all cost. Very poor was to run a business and treat people.

If you want to waste your money then come here!By far the worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely humid, the floors were not mopped. The bathroom smelled like old urine. The owner’s family lives at the motel and they really stingy. To receive clean towels they need to receive the dirty ones from you and they count it exactly which is fine but one of the employees tried to say I gave 2 towels instead of the 3 so that they could charge me for it later. The breakfast is the worst breakfast I had ever seen at any place I stayed at before. The toaster is broken, the cereal dispenser is broken and there’s not alot of options. Unsurprisingly they did not refill the dog waste bags the whole time I was there. They will only give you one shampoo bottle even though it’s extremely small. Same with the toilet paper. These owners are extremely greedy, it’s not worth staying here. If you drive by you can see that the parking lot is normally empty and there’s a good reason for that. The pictures they use are not real pictures of the motel. I can go on and on but I won’t, this place is horrendous and I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down by the health department.

Check-in was simple. Room smelled good. Everything looks clean. It’s not perfect but for a budget hotel this is a pretty good one. I would definitely stay here again. no coffee maker. I went out to the lobby to get coffee. Took a little while to get hot water in the shower to get hot.

Loved this place. Beds are comfy! Pillows are comfy!! The room was immaculate!! Very clean. I had pool side from second floor. I reserved a couple nights and stayed for almost a week. Staff was friendly. The breakfast has no eggs or sausage yet even without that they do have waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee. I am a seasoned traveler have road tripped through 26 states and I would have to say this is my 2nd favorite hotel room I have had.

This is a hidden gem! Clean, comfortable, pet friendly, and very affordable! The only negative would be their breakfast. There wasn't a big selection of breakfast items to choose from. Mostly breads, cereal, and waffles. The personnel were wonderful. I would recommend staying here to any of my friends and family. Looking forward to staying again.

The room was average for a motel. Beds were comfy. Never turned on the TV . There were water stains on the ceiling and mysterious water puddles by the bed. Left early the next morning. Just a place to sleep

Great quality for the decent price! 10/10 recommend! Comfortable beds, very respectful and responsive staff, close to a lot of things/restaurants! Only reason I didn’t give a 5 start is because the rooms could smell a little better and could be a little cleaner but that is my preference.
