Positive: The hotel was situated in the shopping areas. Plus, easy access to the freeway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: There wasn't enough lighting. The water drained really slow and the bed was hard.
Absolutely disgusting room. Heavy cigarette smoke. Please see pictures of stains on bed. This is unacceptable and this location should be closed.
Room was okay- looked tired. Breakfast very skimpy. Only had hot coffee, no decaf coffee, no hot water for tea. Went to check out at 8:45 am and needed receipt. Waited until 9 am when front desk clerk finally showed up. Very frustrating. No need to stay again.
202408 Close to “shopping”, Planet Fitness, and the staff tries. Hotel is old & in severe disrepair. Carpets are FILTHY! Breakfast bar is in a small congested hallway, WIFI ookla’d at 3 Mbps(HORRIBLE), power strips on the room floor, missing outlet plates…pretty sure a lot of people live in th rooms w/their pets. Will NOT being staying again
This place is beyond horrible and disgusting. The staff is rude and they're used to lying for the manager. Unaccountable property. It also smells horrible upon walking in. I was told my room was newly renovated and it was not. Mold was everywhere!!!! No hot water in 20 degree weather no matter what time you took a shower. The price isn't even a great value. I would have stayed somewhere else but everything else was sold out. DO NOT STAY especially if you have kids. Basics are not met at this property.
This place was disgusting, I arrived and was told my room was still “being cleaned”spent 160 dollars and left not long after. You could feel the filth on the floor, hair EVERYWHERE! Dark black hairs just all over the bed behind the pillows under the blankets. Nasty stains, falling apart furniture. I was cut by an exposed nail. Dried pee all over the base of the toilet every inch of furniture covered in dust. The stains on the blanket were enough to make your stomach turn. I had children with me, young children one tried to use a paper cup and when I looked at it, it was already ready used with coffee and put back in the stack! This place is unsafe, unsanitary and a waste of 160 dollars. Shouldn’t even be allowed to be open.
First and foremost, visit my profile here; I'm not one to leave harsh reviews. With that said, I would avoid this establishment at all costs. The photos are extraordinarily misleading. Water damaged drywall, enough bathroom tissue for a single use, dirty linens, damp floors, an even damper odor...and with additional fees, for well over $200. Don't let "By Wyndham" foot you; you'll feel you've set foot in an inner city Econo Lodge. I tried to resolve this privately with the manager, but he/she would not return neither my nor my partner's requests to get in touch.
Positive: For the location is perfect, to visit friends and the scenery is beautiful!! Negative: Not at all, we have been staying there for at least 10 years now. Never disappointed! Negative: ""
We had an amazing entertainment program by Jason Purdy for our son's 7th Birthday. It's one of the best experiences at kids' celebrations. Looking at happy, amazed and shining faces was a real pleasure. Our don that our son asks ro vook the show for

I have been going to this store for a few years, recently they have combined both stores under one roof and opened a tea lounge as well. Today I finally went in to try out the tea lounge and wow, it was so cool. Such great little unique spaces to enj
