Days Inn by Wyndham Jesup - Hotel in Jesup - 1096 Express Ln, USA

I know the room was cheap and it was in a small town but come on. There really is no excuse for the level of yuck in our room. This is a Wyndham property, for heaven’s sake. The curtains were torn, there was a huge crack in the shower floor, the toilet seat was, I don’t know what, burned or something. A little effort could have made the room much better. The soda vending machine said it was out of everything, there was a padlock on the pool area. The only reason we picked Days Inn instead of the other hotel right across the driveway was because that one looked worse from the outside. |On the plus side. Both men at the front desk promised to keep an eye on our motorcycle on their shifts (there’s 24/7 staffing) and they did, it was fine. It was quiet at night; we slept well. We both took showers without being pulled into the portal to hell in the shower floor. Breakfast was sparse but there were options and it’s always good to have morning food available. We loved the Union Station Brewing Company in town. |Should we have gone to the Holiday Inn down the road that would have cost twice as much and got plenty of bad reviews as well? Maybe. But like I said, we slept okay, we got clean, we got food. I wish Wyndham would spend a few more dollars on their lower-cost properties and give us backroad travelers nicer places to stay.

The only thing in the room I was in(215)just needed was some new paint to cover the repairs that were made. The bed was soft . Seem to be clean and haven't seen any bugs . I'm working night at a power plant, and it very quiet .

Solid choice for a clean and comfortable stay. I just needed an affordable place to sleep while on the road and this fit the bill. The rate was in the $60's, check in was fast and easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Yes, I would stay here again if in Jesup.

Got a room here to spend the night with my husband while we visited our daughter for her 18th birthday. My daughter and her friends came up to see us and say hi for a minute and before they got to the door the phone was ringing, it was the front desk demanding to know how many people were there. I explained it was our daughter and they were just saying hi and leaving. He freaked out yelling about only 2 people per room. We literally were just having a conversation then we were going to dinner. Went out side to smoke, no chairs no smoking areas. Pool area was closed so we couldn’t sit there either. Cable didn’t work either. And saw multiple roaches crawl across the wall. Gross. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

BED BUGS AND ROACHES !!! Me and my wife came through Jesup,GA on business and needed a place to stay. Upon getting in the room 318 my wife went into the bathroom and there was a roach crawling on the floor, she yelled at me to come and kill it. We then went to bed and I woke up at 4am with bed bugs crawling on me. I knocked one off of a pillow into the toilet and killed another one on the bed. We called the front office and the lady came up to inspect it and offered to move us to another room 319 across the haul. We went in and inspected that bed and didn't see any bugs but me and my wife couldn't sleep due to feeling like bugs were on us still. I called Don the manager and he refused to give us a refund!! I have videos of the bugs and pictures. I will be spreading this all over social media in hopes people will stop staying there. That is purely unprofessional and Don needs to be removed from his management position immediately!!!

I have stayed at this hotel SEVERAL times and the only problem I have had was the smell off the rooms and the roaches , but tonight the pipes in my house busted so I booked a room here online, so me and my kids could take a bath. when I arrived at the hotel the clerk informed me that even though I paid for a room with my card and I could provide the same card for her with my ID, that she also needed a 150 deposit. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t have cash and that my pipe was bust , could she just run my card for the deposit and she refused to and said she didn’t care it wasn’t her problem!! I’ve stayed at hotels all over the place nice ones and REGULAR ones just like this and I’ve never experienced someone asking for a cash deposit. Half the lights in the hallways don’t even work, like be fr, days inn is not nice enough to even ask for a deposit.

Ok, friendly folks, clean rooms, good area of town too. Only complaint was nightly rates were too high ($80). $60-65 w/ tax would attract more guests, just a friendly piece of advice.

BEWARE!!! I reserved 2 rooms online and was having problems on the website. I called the hotel and spoke with a lady and she said she would fix it when we came to check in . We were in town for a softball tournament and had 4 kids with us. When we arrived to check in, the man was very rude and began yelling because he said he would have to charge extra for each child. He wanted to know the ages of the kids and said that 15 was an adult and he would have to charge for an adult. Each room was 2 double beds . I told him that I needed to speak to the lady that I spoke to the day before and he began yelling, ran up behind the window and got on the computer and said he was canceling my reservation. There was no way we were staying here now or ever! We went over to the quality inn and had the best service ever. We told them about our experience and we’re told that they get a lot of business because of some of the same experiences that we had experienced. I did call customer care and let them know about my experience. They were very nice and let me know that they would be looking into the complaint.
