Days Inn by Wyndham Jefferson City - Hotel in Jefferson City - 2100 Jefferson St, USA

We checked in on Sunday the 16th. The service was friendly and worked with me to change rooms to a handicap room. I use a scooter that isn’t very big. Once we got to the room it went down hill. It was fairly clean but it was very small no room to maneuver my scooter and the bathroom while big was very dangerous. On the company web site it says they use none slip flooring not in this case as I almost fell getting out of the bathroom. I had to walk in the bathroom because there was no way to get my scooter in there. The shower stool provided definitely wasn’t meant for a heavy person. A person that is on their own and has less mobility than me couldn’t use the room at all. The pool & hot tub room the the pool & hot tub it self is not handicapped friendly. Definitely will not be going back. If we had to stay any longer than we did I would if asked for a refund.

Stayed here one night before an area golf tournament. Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was adequate and we had no complaints. It was well located for restaurants and we were able to have a nice walk on a mostly private road in front of the hotel after dinner. Nice place for the price!

While the location and service at this hotel were very good, it goes downhill after that!! The elevator needs major service. It jerks and bumps on every ride. Our room needed a major redo!! The wallpaper was peeling. The carpet was nasty. The floor was very weak in spots, so weak it felt like you would fall through!! The bathroom was tiny. Breakfast consisted of fruit and packaged muffins. Not the best place I've ever stayed.

My family have stayed here probably a dozen times or more in the last couple years and this has been the MOST CONSISTENT hotel we have stayed at in Jefferson City! We are here almost every month and have had to stay at other hotels nearby when they are booked up and for some reason it’s always something at the other hotels but Days Inn has CONSISTENTLY delivered the best overall service! I can’t recall the last time we had an issue other than sometimes the key cards have to be replaced, but they are always very quick and willing to fix any issues that do come up if and when they do. It’s a bit out dated and does need carpets either cleaned or upgraded. But this hotel ALWAYS smells and feels so fresh and clean! Our rooms are always ready and the staff is ALWAYS kind and professional! Housekeeping does a great job here! The water pressure in the shower is AMAZING and if you are like me and like a steaming hot shower, the water gets quite hot which I really appreciate! For the price you are paying it’s well worth it! I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels in Jeff city and didn’t get near the service or cleanliness that Days Inn offers! I wish there were more options with the breakfast as most of it is carbs and sugar but it’s sufficient! Fresh oranges and banana with muffins, toast, bagels, powdered donuts, and cereal. Some of the beds could def be upgraded as the mattresses have some sunk in areas but we always sleep so good! The hotel stays quiet and well managed! The pool and hot tub are always available. The water machine in the front is so convenient and always fresh cold water! We could easily stay at a more modern hotel but for the price and cleanliness and service, Days Inn here in Jeff is always our go to! We always feel welcome and taken care of which relieves us from so much and makes our monthly stays very convenient and peaceful! We know when we stay here that we can actually get rest after a 10-11 hour drive so it is MUCH APPRECIATED!

My room was clean and comfy staff was nice. It was definitely not yucky like some people's reviews say. Yes, so there's wallpaper peeling off in places and there's wrinkles in my carpet but so what?

Positive: Location and the rooms are always clean with quite guests Negative: Unfortunately I do stay in this hotel multiple times and have o ly had an issue with the breakfast or lack of.. but this stay was definitely a disappointment. At check it a notice ( yet small) was on the check in hottub/pool don't work.. Negative: ""

The rooms were clean and the staff was both friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times. It had been a while since my last stay. The room was freshly painted. The service has always been great!

The entire first floor, including my room, smells A LOT like mildew. Carpets are also pretty gross. Needs a major cleaning and update. Won't stay here again.
