Good Value for the Price - Motel-Style Accommodation: It's a basic, motel-like hotel where you get what you pay for. - Room Quality: The room was clean, good, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too small and not very comfortable. - Service and Breakfast: The service desk was okay, and the breakfast was just passable—not great, but something to eat. - Location: Holbrook itself doesn't have much to offer, but the hotel was near everywhere. We were able to find a nice Italian restaurant - Overall: The hotel was good for the price we paid, offering decent accommodation without any major issues.
The room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again. The service was friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars is that the breakfast was mediocre but everything else was excellent. The location was convenient as well..perfect for overnight stop in area.
The lady that helped me at the front desk was extremely kind & helpful. I miss this kind of genuine, customer oriented service, as it's very rare now. The bed was comfortable which is always very important. The room was clean and there was good parking for my semi truck. Thank you for a very positive experience!
We stayed two nights to see Winslow and Petrified Forest National Park. The king bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow - felt fantastic. Plenty of pillows, comfy chair, microwave and frig. We did not eat the breakfast because we did not want to wake up early.
Your on staff people were great! The room was decent and clean. I was in one of the mobility rooms and the shower was a problem. Water flooded the bathroom because it was impossible to keep the curtain on the inside of the bump on the floor. The way the hand sprayer set in the holder shoots the water out beyond the bump. It's just a real difficult for a handicapped person to deal with all this. The sprayer should be on the side wall! Not the back wall.. A real bad designed shower for the handicapped.
Friendly, efficient staff. Room was adequate for 1 night stop on a long road trip. Bed was clean but floors were gritty. Bathtub/shower did not look clean. Location was quiet. Indoor pool but I didn't check it out. Left before the complimentary breakfast.
A solid, mid/low range hotel. They type you stay one night while passing thru, or two if you had something in the area to do. The room was nice sized, looked to be recently renovated except the chair and ottoman which looked dirty and stained. Bathroom and vanity was nice and the rest of the furniture was in good shape. Had a microwave and fridge. Bed was decently comfy with lots of pillows. Guy checking people in was really nice. Was quiet for the most part. Parking could be tight if the hotel was full. Seemed like most of the other residents were construction worker, driver, laborer type people. Cons: no elevator. Men hanging around outside drinking. If I was passing by and needed to stay over this would be ok.
It was a decent room but it could have been better for the cost. The TV kept cutting out and it was actually loud for being in a smaller area. The front desk clerk was really nice but not very personable. The important things were there: clean bed and a hot shower. However, I think these things could have been obtained for almost half the cost and equal quality across the street at the Motel 6.
Best Western agains prove its reputation as well maintained. The location is just off the freeway , yet removed far enough to avoid traffic noise. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the breakfast selection is good. Parking is close to the rooms. V
This place is new since the last time we drove through Holbrook. The coffee is great and not ridiculously expensive. We were served through the drive thru by Piper who told us she'd been there since they opened. She was very pleasant and it was a fan
Great small town museum. Free entry and very friendly staff. Lots to see on many levels. The signage can be vague and is a little small but it was well worth the stop
Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. It was good. The garlic bread was great. Had a beer out of Sedona AZ. Oak Creek something somethingâ¦. Great beer. Server and busboy were slammed with customers. Server was able to hold her cool and direct bus
When we got there the bathrooms were getting repaired.so we didnât have anywhere to use the restroom at first but they said it would be ready soon so we went to the store to stock up on snacks and when we came back, one of the staff informed us sin
I had the fajita combo, and my wife had the two burrito combo. We definitely had enough food. One combo would've been enough for the both of us, but the leftovers were good the next day. The rice and beans were great. The fajitas were amazingly de
