After months I had best sleep. Everything is near by the hotel. Check in was fast and easy done. Great Staff. The room smells great. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was spotless clean and small breakfast awesome. The pool was open so we stayed in the pool for hours. I would come back again for sure. Thanks for the great hospitality.

It was super quite with great service and the lady at front desk helped me a lot. since they're booked up the parking spots were tight, beds were comfortable, spotless clean bathrooms and basic breakfast. The pool was open so it was great trip for us. I read the reviews before I checked in and I was surprised, because they go beyond for great service. I would really like to stay in future at this hotel.

This place was filthy and couldn't have been cleaned in months. The ONLY reason we stayed was because I was in a motorcycle accident and was too exhausted to move again. The blow dryer cord was disgusting and had filth caked in the cord. The floor had fresh uncleaned foot prints with layers of dirt on it. The base mouldings have packed on dirt. Unacceptable. Not all the pillows had cases on them. I have to question if they even regularly wash their linen. When I brought it to their attention at checkout they offered a whopping 10% discount. They need to pay for thorough cleaning instead to acceptable standards. ***UPDATE*** After speaking with management, they explained how some construction workers had been in the rooms and created considerable dirt and debris. They also rectified the issue and thoroughly cleaned the rooms. I'm glad that they have taken responsibility and most importantly, they fixed the issue and that is what is important.

Would not give us extra towels, and would not let the kids ( that where not staying with us) go swimming with there dad ( who was saying there). The person at the desk when we checked in was very rude. The 1st room they gave us was a smoking room with a king bed and we don’t smoke, but they go us a room with 2 full beds that was nonsmoking, and charged us more for the new room. The tub was a little dirty, looked like some didn’t look at the bottom of the tub. The room was ok.

I am not a small person and I need extra towels and they refuse to give us more than 2. It takes more than 2 of there small towels to dry me off. They made me fell bad for being a big person. They were very rude at the Front desk. They did however have a nice pool.

Grumpy staff itemizes every shop towel in the building at every shift????|Grumpy staff puts air tags on shop towels and track their movement????|Grumpy staff buys small shop towels that only fit them????|Grumpy staff, why so grumpy????||When my daughter requested more, the attendant was reluctant to provide additional towels.||The towels are the small and cheapest and scratchest towels anyone makes, ||Towels had stains on them we asked for new towels and when she brought them, I unfolded the towels and someone else's hairs were embedded in them.||The room was poorly lit, they only supply 2 bath towels for 3 people staying in the room. ||Didn't receive extra towels that were requested.||Rooms did not get cleaned nor did we have any clean/fresh towels. ||unfolded towels in the bathroom||When I asked for towels I was told that the other guest had used them all up at the swimming pool. So my husband and I had to share towels.||Today I gave my towels to room service expecting a exchange. An hour later I went to the desk for them. I was told it would be after 3 pm. AFTER my inquiries I learned they don't have enough towels to immediately swap them out. || They refused to give us extra towels not sure what the basis for that was.||The towels were paper thin.||It was dirty, smelled bad, they only gave us 2 towels, 1 hand towel and zero rags. Had to go ask for more.||They only put 2 towels in the room daily even though they know it was booked for more. They said it was company policy and could not put more in the room. We had to go every day and get more towels just so we could all get a shower.||We were from out of town and was put out for asking for extra towels and wash cloths. RIDICULOUS.||no towels upon check in |, no towels again, will never stay again morning attendant bad attitude not even a thank you have a nice day.||Wehad one towel and the shower curtain was discolored and full of mold!!!||Hairs on the bath towels.||raggedy, discolored old towels (hand towels only) provided. ||Two of my towels had pervic hairs in them, so they gave me two new ones||towels dinghy||however, I had to wait on towels and they came off rude at times.

I called to see if they had any rooms available at around 9 PM and I wasn’t going to be arriving until around midnight. The guy who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. He booked me a room and it only took a few minutes. When I got there the check-in was fast and easy and the room was nice. I liked the free breakfast in the morning. There weren’t a ton of options but I got enough to eat. All in all, it was a great experience, and for the price it was definitely worth it!

We needed a decent place to stay following a late night concert in Oxford. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. You can hear lots of road noise from I-55 but we slept with brown noise playing so it wasn’t an issue during the night.
