No friendly service at registration. No free breakfast as posted in app. No cleaning of rooms once occupied. No refunds even though of false advertisement. Service desk personnel like to argue with customers. Bad service over all. I do not recommend for stay. Bed bugs on bed sheets got rash first night.
The room was very good for the price. Staff was extremely helpful. For mr, the location is ideal. Lots of food joints in walking distance.
Horrible experience I was there for 3 nights and had to clean the room on my hands and knees. Bathroom and Main area where beds are. It was disgustingly filthy. I will never stay here again and hoping I can just forget the whole stay ever happened...By the looks of my towels I used, there was no cleaning before I checked in. Only beds made. Horrible. Worst hotel you could stay in!! Never again. I waited two weeks to see if they would come and clean the filthiest room, floor, toilet, ice machine and shower. Mold and mildew everywhere with stains all over the wll.
They lied on the phone about having breakfast it was watered down orange juice and bad coffee the room was filthy and the towels looked like they were never cleaned no blankets on bed bugs all in the tub no soap
The room had obviously been a smoking room in the past so there was an odor still lingering. Carpeting needs replacing. Pool needed cleaning. For my short stay, two nights, and being out of the room most of the time it was fine, but I wouldn't want to stay more than that. Breakfast minimal selection.

My stay was very pleasant. The cleanliness and quality of my room was GREAT! Friendly and genuine staff assisted as needed. I did not enjoy Breakfast. They could offer better choices of food. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay again!
I was greeted by a friendly front desk clerk.The room and property were clean. Staff was great,breakfast buffet was well stocked and kept tidy. Perfect location for shopping at the outlet mall. Loved the Christmas Tree in the lobby!
