Our stay here was amazing ! Customer Service was 10/10. The room had no carpet just hard floors which i love! New Bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The only minus would be that the floors were clean. We would walk around in socks and would notice that they would turn black. But nothing a service cleaning couldn’t fix :) Overall a good experience :)
This place needs TLC. Staff was nice. Area was rough. Garbage was overflowing with pizza boxes. Didn't feel comfortable with some people flying their colors in the parking lot. Also, they DO NOT include breakfast. The photo of a room with tables does not apply anymore. Their "breakfast" was OJ and packaged pastries. Nothing hot, except coffee and water. The rooms had a unique smell and repairs made were done poorly. You can barely open the bathroom door as it hits the toilet. The door gets sealed shut because of the application of pain is pretty much making the door jam itself. The king bed wasn't a king bed... it didn't feel like a king bed. Maybe I'm wrong on that one. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I'd gladly pay another 50 a night for somewhere that has an actual clean property and an actual breakfast.
Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, we discovered that only one of the rooms we had reserved online was available. This issue required immediate attention and rectification. An inspection of the room revealed several maintenance issues, including soiled and torn bed linens that appeared to have not been replaced in a considerable amount of time. The bathroom vents were clogged with dirt, the walls were unclean, the towel rack was loose and unstable, and the iron was missing. Additionally, the toilet paper was not replenished. Considering the subpar conditions and the cost of the accommodation, I would not recommend this establishment to others.

Probably wouldn't stay here again although did have had a decent night's sleep.
Uninviting pool and a large amount of dodgy looking characters. (in my opinion only)
The rooms were clean and comfortable. You can hear people walking around in the hallways and rooms, so if you are looking for a quiet night of sleep, I would check elsewhere. Lastly, the breakfast buffet consisted of a coffee machine, a juice machine and stale breakfast rolls.
Positive: When I got locked out of my room the second night, a nice lady helped me get a new key as whoever checked me in only checked me in for one night when I paid for 3 nights Negative: I stayed from March 31st until April 4th. I was never given a do not disturb sign, and no one came to check to see if I needed clean towels. The pillows were like couch throw pillows and very small to sleep on Negative: ""
The receptionist very good. We felt very welcome. She was kind and helpful. The room was clean and parking was free. Nice location.
We found a live roach in our room. The AC vents were dusty as if they haven’t been cleaned in months. The curtains were covered in stains and dried substances. The chair cushions were stained. The bed was uncomfortable.
