I would recommend the facility to be a little more sensitive and considerable to visitor's case by case situation.
I'm not saying yours is a charity home, not at all, but there are some situations in life that you can be more considerate and accommodating.
I came into the facility a few hours earlier than the check in time and requested to be checked in because I came from a very far trip and was damn tired. But they refused, I asked to sit in the office lobby and wait and they also refused. I was asked to sit outside under the scorching sun 🌞
I had to pay an additional $50 for early check-in. That was not good at all.
Can I have my extra $50 back, that would go a long way to help and to cold down my temperature. Because I was nit happy at all.
I need refund of that $50
If I could give no stars I would I made a reservation went in.. literally walked in the room n right out it's looks like a trap hotel.. rooms are disgusting duvets are stained bathtub had build up in them holes in the wall trashy place I've ever seen . Front desk guy was on his cell phone. Line of people trying to get there money back.. he copied my husband's id and was so busy on the phone left it on the printer.. called Wyndham and there saying I'll be charged a call cancelation fee think this is my final attempt at Wyndham hotels they have no standards
Front desk person was friendly enough. I booked a double queen non-smoking online but was given a single king. I went back to desk for different room. Was given a smoking double queen that reeked of cigarettes. We made do 'cause it was late. Bathroom was in disrepair, missing several tiles and moldy. Thick layer of dust on the blow dryer. Loud people all night above us. Won't be back.
A heartfelt thank you to your exceptional housekeeping staff. Your dedication, precision, and tireless work make our environment a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to be. Each day, you make a difference without even knowing it. We may not always see it, but we certainly feel the impact of your work. I will definitely be back 🔜
This place is utterly disgusting. I see many poor reviews here and all your false promises and poor excuses.
All the floorboards are coming off or missing. The door is absolutely filthy and the security lock is broken. There are holes in the walls. Countertop is not secured to the wall.
Cigarette burns all over the bathtub, filthy floors and not even a roll of fresh toilet paper. If you're wanting a hot shower.....forget about it. Lukewarm water is all you'll get.
Let's not forget our freeloading grasshoppers in the room.
What a disgrace to the Wyndham name!
Do better and get these rooms cleaned up and the many repairs done.
We will not be back and will blacklist this hotel.
My husband, son and I had a bad experience here. First we were moved rooms 3 different times. Tv was not working the tub had holes in it along with the faucet knob being completely broken. When we moved to a new room we thought we were good, but I had noticed my son just squirming all night and when we got up in the morning I noticed my sons eye was swollen shut along with bites all along his cheek, ear, neck and back. And when we went to just get a new room the front desk guy just refunded us without confirming. We are here for work and we spent the last of our money on this hotel just for our refund to not hit for another day. So we are stuck without a place to stay and when we asked if he could let us stay just the night his response was just “well I already refunded so” completely disregarding the fact that my son has his eye swollen shut and bites all over due to bed bugs in yalls rooms. Really disappointed with that experience.
It’s cheap for a reason. There are spiders, crickets and other bugs IN the room. The front door does not seal all the way on the bottom. The breakfast is just toast, cereal and yogurt. The room itself looks like an active construction site. Patched up holes, caulk everywhere, and just overall dirty. Also the water in the shower and sink is cloudy and has a foul smell. It’s a non smoking room and smelled entirely like smoke. I will never ever stay here again.
Everything about this hotel is run down. Door lock has been busted off, bathroom counter broken, toilet seat broken on one side, bathtub corroded, and the weather stripping is non existent on the door so you can hear the people walking by and their conversations at all times of the night. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.

My girlfriend moved for a job for a year down to Texas and this was the 2nd place we looked at for her and knew this was the place. Colin was our guy that helped us and went above and beyond to show us the place and make her big move a smooth one. Th
Beautiful park! Clean restrooms, and literally rarely see any trash or poop bags all over trails like some outdoor trails.
Two trail options: one trail hugs the river and is more of an intermediate trail for bikers or runners who want more uphill op
I've been wanting to visit this cavern for years and finally had the chance to do it. I was not disappointed.ðð
Parking is free and easy to get in and out of. They have a gift and snack shop in the guest area and the restrooms are very clean. T
