Days Inn by Wyndham Gallup - Hotel in Gallup - 1603 W Historic Hwy 66, USA

Check in late at night right away was greeted by 2 guys with big smiles on your faces and very pleasant attitudes. They made me feel welcomed and very much appreciated. Rooms are somewhat dated but completely functional very comfortable and very clean

Positive: It was a nice bed to sleep on. In-room Coffee was good. Air was nice and cool. Negative: No phone, no (working) tv, no fridge. Room may have been recently renovated?But there was a coating of dust or something on the floor and on all surfaces.Had to wipe the table down to get the dust or whatnot off.

Passing through the states we ended up here for a nights stay. My husband said the service wasn't too great, but it wasn't too bad either. When we got to our room, the beds looked fine and neat, but going further to the bathroom that area looked like it wasn't cleaned as well. The fridge barely worked and the TV didn't at all. Once on the bed it was scratchy and the sheets didn't feel too nice. Our baby cried for approximately five minutes and we got angry bangs on our door, so I assumed the other guests weren't too nice. The outside looked disheveled and dirty, and the pool area was a mess. I grew up in a bad town, but I didn't even feel safe there.

C'est vraiment un attrape nigaud, on prend la peine d'appeler la veille pour faire sûr que la piscine est fonctionnelle et accessible et quand on arrive il nous dit qu'il n'ont pas de surveillant pour la piscine alors elle est fermée... Pour ce qui est de la chambre, c'est vraiment de base et vieux mais correct sans plus. Pas grand chose de plus à dire à part que c'est très décevant...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! There were signs in the windows not to rent rooms that they were clearly ignoring. We went to check into our room and they chased us down to stop us because that rooms toilet didn't work. I called before hand to ask if there was a pool and insight laundry they said yes we got there and yes they were there broken had been for years. You would think it was closed a decade ago by the looks. It smelled awful they had no towels no toilet paper no breakfast so we asked for our money back that we would go someplace else after being there about 15 min didn't even unpack not only were we told no to the refund but after saying we would not leave without a refund we were lied to told we were refunded to find out they DOUBLE CHARGED US!! MY HUSBAND IS AN ATTORNEY AND WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT IF THEY DONT REMEDY THIS TOMORROW WHEN HE CALLS. SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Rooms were rundown. room had no cold water, bathroom door would not close & door to room would not close properly. Our truck was broke into and we got no help from the owner. His response when we call to ask about security camera footage was "I'm sleeping " and hung up on us. Talk about unprofessional!! I do no not recommend anyone stay here!!

Room looked okay, but quickly found small ants on the bed, and unvacummed floor, no one got bit thankfully, the service was awful, just trying to check in was a hassle, the lady kept complaining to US about OUR reservation and refused to give us the room key till we said "We're just gonna get the money back and go somewhere else." Even at check out (which is at 10am but this happened around 9:40am), the new lady that morning, held the door to our room open, telling us to leave again a few minutes before 10 saying "we were checking out late", all while she just watched us pack from the door for a bit then repeated it several more times, stuff like "You need to leave, or else you lose your 20" she even said this as we were walking out of the room with all our stuff. At the desk she kept stating is our fault for not preparing beforehand so she's taking the deposit, but after stating the bugs and horrid service, she rolled her eyes and gave us back the money.

never go to that hotel, lot of home less people fighting just outside your room. I went with my family and seen nasty stuff outside and homeless people fighting . my son was afraid and we immediately went to the front desk and complained, the cops came after few minutes. they said cannot cancel. very rude staff. never go .
