Positive: We stay at different hotels every weekend because of work. This was the BEST!!!!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!! AMAZING weekend!! Negative: Make the tv where it can actually be watched
We have stayed at this hotel many times with no issues, unfortunately we will no longer be staying there. We checking in at 10pm, unloaded our stuff only to find the toilet didn’t work. Staff came to the room ( after calling twice, so now it’s 10:30pm) and told us a plumber would be there in 30 minutes. So we loaded our stuff back in our car because we had somewhere to go. Came back to the hotel at 11:45pm stopped by the front desk and he said the plumber had not come yet. We proceeded to ask for another room or a refund. The staff said neither were and option. It’s almost midnight and after a long day and drive all we wanted to do was go to sleep. The manager came over to tell us the plumber was on his way. We told him the was unacceptable and we needed a refund. The manager proceeded to argue and yell at us. It wasn’t until we threatened to call the police that he agreed at midnight to give us a refund so we could go somewhere else. This is very sad because we have stayed here many times with no issues. Never again.
Rooms are very clean. Beds are super comfortable! Will stay again!
Great rooms, comfy beds But the shower pressure is TERRIBLE!!!! And parking is a travesty.. Be mindful of your charges they change the rates on you from wk to wk.. Washer and dryer on site but of course it's broken Privately owned.. Area is OK but not the best. Washateria next door but make sure you have plenty change lol... Won't stay here in the future for work..bigger better for the price if u look
Room was clean. We didn't have a reservation, but they got us in a down stairs room as we needed. Lights all over the parking lot which made it feel secure. Front desk was always friendly & helpful. Would recommend to friends & family. Will definitely stay here again.
We stopped here for one night on our way to Houston. Parking lot was well lit, staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean and had nice decor. There was a very large kitchenette that was a pleasant surprise! Although we only utilized the large fridge/ freezer for drinks, definitely can see how this would be perfect for an extended stay. Will definitely be back!
Very clean rooms. Nice large restrooms. Everything you could ask for
We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and it had an updated kitchenette as an added bonus. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste and pillows were tiny but we slept okay 👍. My husband loved the step-in shower and I loved the lighted bathroom mirror 👍. This hotel is tucked away behind an old convenience store therefore you don't get a lot of highway noise. If there were any complaints, I would say that the parking lot is a bit too small and tight. For the price this hotel is the best, we will definitely visit again.
Beach is beautiful, and the water was clear. Beach house/duplex rental was cute, clean, and close to the beach. My family and I will definitely return.
This place is so awesome!! The food is amazing and the owners are just as amazing. I have been going to eat there for several years and have never been disappointed. Personal story: I was about to order and realized I forgot my wallet at home(an hou
This is an awesome place to go fishing. Smooth sand no bricks or anything to get hung up on and lose your line. Drive right up to the water and Park. This is a very popular place so you have to get here early if you want prime spot. It is advisable t
loved staying here for a beach trip with my family. The rooms were so clean and the owners were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.
Wonderful service, great food. Cheyenne, our waitress was very helpful with my dad's very strict diet. They have a large gluten-free menu. They have grilled options if you don't want fried food. Very nice atmosphere. I'd give them 10 stars if I could
We found Pier 30 on our way to San Luis Pass on our annual fishing trip. The shrimp was amazing! Etoufee was yummy, gumbo was good, and shrimp tacos were bomb! Definitely get the crawfish queso! Oysters were good but, probably wouldn't order a sec
