Terrible place! Had no coffee maker, microwave, alarm clock, phone, or hairdryer in the room. First room didn't have a working TV so we had to be switched to a different room. When I asked about the coffee maker, I was directed to the breakfast area and told I could get coffee there, but there weren't any cups, and when I asked, I was given one single cup for my husband and myself. When checking in, was told I could not do a cash deposit for the security deposit, which was a lie, and it's now been over a month and they still have not returned my $50 security deposit! The pool "closed early" according to the front desk, and when I wanted to swim the following day, I was told the pool was closed for cleaning. Breakfast was almost non-existent, parking was terrible, basically a horrible place to stay. I'll never revisit this motel!

This place is absolutely nasty!! There's mold in the bathroom, no hair dryer, no coffee, no breakfast as advertised. The curtains are torn and have what appeared to be snot or a bugger wipped on them ! It stank!!!! We had to beg for 2 towels, we were told "You bring me dirty towels and I give you more" There were 4 of us and they only leave 2 towels in the bathroom. The sheets are stained and really stank as well. The room was hot and no way to change the temp.

BED BUG WARNING! I ended up with over 20 bites during my stay. We should have left sooner as the general uncleanliness of the hotel was obvious from the start. The carpet had not been vacuumed recently, there were lots of crumbs and lint throughout the room, the shower curtain was full of mold on the lower edge, the bathtub likely wasn't cleaned as there were several long dark hairs in the tub, the drain is frightening & very corroded, the plastic housing on the blow dryer was broken (missing 50%+) and exposed the heating element and the desk/tv stand was not wiped down, just to mention just a few issues. |The overall attention to detail and cleanliness is non-existent!|I would like to acknowledge the assistance of the front desk staff who assisted when they could. 'Amy' was excellent at getting us checked in-then moved to another room! The evening gal who changed out the shower curtain and tried to find another blow dryer for me. |When I reached out to the general manager via email and text.......NO RESPONSE!!!! |Clearly he knows what kind of disgusting hotel he runs!|Stay anywhere in Ft Worth but here!

I stayed overnight one night and checked out early before I booked another night due to horrible conditions at your hotel fort worth north. In my room there was no garbage can, no coffee maker, bathroom fan broken, bathroom tub faucet was broken, cracked light shade on wall, no TV remote for the TV, floor was dirty and feels like it has holes in under the installed flooring. Coffee maker downstairs was broken, toaster was broken, absolutely no other food in continental breakfast at 7:15 am except dried out bread and cold cereal. The police came 3 times in 24 hour period. The front desk clerk I spoke to about these issues could barely speak English and couldn't understand me. If I could do a review on this location it would show a -10. Worse place I've ever stayed and for paying $115.00 for this dump, I am very upset. The pictures for this location are very deceiving, it looks nothing like it. The elevator sounds like you are going to free fall at anytime. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This is not a 3 or 4 star property. But I had an extended stay in april. They matched the lowest daily rate. Clean quiet nice lobby. Same or less money than for the Super 8s and Motel 6s nearby and right off the highway . This is a good value stay.

I checked in and got up to my room only to find dark stains on my bed. I was told that they wash the sheets, but sometimes the stains don't come out. I think that when sheets get this bad, they should just replace them. I immediately checked back out and canceled my reservation, and found a different hotel.

The girl that worked at night at the front desk was rude and the check in process was horrible. Rooms were dirty and filthy. Do not stay here. Complete waste of money!

Hands down the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Me and my husband were turned away bc we had a SERVICE ANIMAL!!! Had paperwork and all the documents needed and I was told “too bad you need to go find somewhere else” and I asked her if she was aware that it’s illegal to deny someone with a service animal and she stated “YRP I KNOW FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE” Don’t stay here. If they will turn down a family with a service animal and documented at that which we have NEVER been turned away from anywhere before. This woman absolutely disgust me and I will be reporting this location for this.
