Great option if you're looking for a cheaper hotel near the beach. The rooms are what you'd expect for a days inn. Didn't use the microwave. The fridge didn't close properly but still kept the contents cold/frozen. Pool is perfect for kids and open 24/7. We booked a room for 4 people, 2 days and only received 3 towels. When I asked for more at the front desk, she only gave me 3 despite asking for more. There are drink and snack machines on the property. Walking distance to a fast food restaurant and only a short drive to the public beach.

Excellent room and service. We went down for my sons birthday and spent the day at Big Kahunas water park. The hotel text and called to check our arrival time to ensure our rooms were ready.

I would like you for providing a place open for safety and comfort. We have made many friends under your roof. The room was clean and accommodating even with a large dog. The rates was affordable for travelers making memories we have been blessed by the experience. I could mention names here but the Bible says not to pick favorites and this place wouldn’t have felt like home without any one of them. Show much love to those along the journey.

Very gross. We were forced out by Hurricane Debby, so we picked this place to travel to. Big mistake. The floors were so gross that within 15 steps, all of our feet were black. Had to wash the floor myself it was that bad. Also, we had a smoke-free room since we had children with us. The room smelled like cigarettes, and there was a burn whole on all the sheets and blankets.

Wonderful staff and very helpful! The two ladies I interacted with at the front desk were so very pleasant and courteous and professional. Thank you all for making my stay a great experience! I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm visiting.

First off I could not enter the lobby to check in I had to do it thru a glass slot, the room was downright dirty, bed linen had stains and cigarette burns on it. The bathroom door looked like a dog was lock in there for days trying to claw out, there was dry dogfood in the bathroom that the roaches were eating on. The floor was dirty and had sand on it. If it wasn’t for a late flight in and it being 2am I would’ve denied the room and slept somewhere else. I would feel bad even letting the homeless stay there. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Definitely would NEVER recommend or stay here again!! We only stayed 1 night as we already had a reservation at a much nicer place but got there 1 day earlier than planned & had to book 1 night somewhere last minute. Rooms were decent & location was great, but the front desk staff was extremely rude! 1st off, my husband woke up at 5:30 AM to use the bathroom only to realize 1 of our kids had accidentally locked the bathroom door before closing it. He went to the front desk to ask if she had a small screwdriver to unlock the door from the outside to which she replied "maintenance would have to look at it" but they didn't come in til 8:30 (3 hours later). He then asked if he could use the lobby bathroom & she said "yes, when she unlocked the door at 6 AM". He explained that he really needed to use the bathroom & even stated "should I just pee here in the bush??" but she made him wait anyway & when she finally unlocked the lobby door stated that the lobby bathroom was for "employees only". At that point, my husband went in the bathroom anyway to relieve himself. When he came out he noticed items for sale & saw some flat tweezers that would work to open our bathroom door so he asked if he could use them to which she stated he could buy them for $3. He said "great, I'll bring the money right back to you when I bring the tweezers back" but she stated he had to pay the $3 before taking the tweezers so he came back to our room to grab $3 out of his wallet, went back to front desk, slammed the money on the counter, grabbed our newly bought tweezers & came back upstairs to unlock our bathroom door! She had such an unpleasant demeanor & complete lack of empathy for a paying customers accidental incident! On top of all that, I accidentally left my husband's favorite pillow in the room when we checked out but didn't notice til that night & he was not happy with me! I called & got the same unpleasant front desk girl on the phone who stated I would have to call back the next morning to speak to housekeeping & have them look in lost & found. Long story short, we did get his pillow back 2 days later. The housekeeping staff didn't even question the fact that it had a blue pillowcase on it & just put a new white pillowcase on it & put it back on the bed for the next customers to use!!!!! I couldn't believe no call from anyone to let us know we left our personal property in the room. On top of that, the manager said it wasn't the 1st time housekeeping had done that with someone elses expensive pillow! Definitely would NOT make the mistake of staying there again!! Don't waste your money!

I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE...EVER!! My family and I got down to Destin a day early and rented 3 rooms last minute from this "hotel", if you can even call it that! Walking into our room I instantly felt like I was in a horror movie! The smell was nauseating, the floors looked like they were never mopped since opened, the mattress was brown, the linens were dirty, there were holes that were patched in the wall that looked like they would fall through at any moment and the bathroom was worse than a portapotty!! I was afraid to set my bags on the bed and I was so extremely uncomfortable just standing in the room! I instantly walked next door in tears and rented 3 rooms from Holiday Inn. My sister went to the front desk to let the receptionist know that we were checking out and not staying there due to the conditions of the room. She was not concerned about anything and told her that she would let someone know in the morning. The "idc" attitude was most fitting for the entire experience! If I was able to give this hotel a 0 it would still be too high!

Tried this place from word of mouth and the feedback was everything and more than I wanted. My wife and I tried the yuca fries and the birra tacos and we were not disappointed. Tasted like home cooking and I could not be more pleased. On top of that

First time eating here, we’ve been trying different PuertoRican restaurants in the area, and we were not satisfied at all until we ate here. Food flavor is excellent, menu variety is good, customer service is great and the atmosphere is really nice
