Days Inn by Wyndham Denham Springs-Baton Rouge East - Hotel in Denham Springs - 12 & exit 10, 201 Range 12 Blvd, USA

If you are looking for fancy and modern amenities look somewhere else, but if you want friendly staff, comfortable beds, spotless rooms and a safe location then this is it. Only one word of caution, hold on to the rail in the tub. Tub is slippery! Other than this our stay was great and location is in the middle of everything. Restaurants and BassPro Shop is next door. What more could you ask for!

Room smelled of stale smoke. Found live bug crawling around the floor. No security anywhere (see pic of back door). You get what you pay for. Bed was fine.

Stayed here before and very impressed with the rooms and service.|Fast check-in by a friendly guy.|I had 2 stays here this time, Room 126 and Room 228, both excellent.|Large triple-sized bed the size of an aircraft carrier.|room was cooled off on a hot humid Louisiana day.|wifi was 50Meg, but also a wall ethernet connection which I prefer.|Nice shower unit,|Next to a Pilot travel centre.|To exit you turn RIGHT and head towards Golf world then a left and another left to the lights on the road. safer that way.|Happy to reccomend.

Someone was killed in the bathroom, because there was blood on the ceiling and lights and we noticed it only in the morning. We understand it's a cheap motel, but we've never seen blood in the rooms. And I'm not complaining about how dirty it was, and I had to clean the toilet seat that had fresh yellow sprinkles, or the quality of bed, or the room smell, half of our food froze in their refrigerator and I'm giving it a 1 star for blood in the bathroom because I understand we got what we paid for but blood is unacceptable.

Reserved an ADA room. AC did not work, had no filter. The ac fins were clogged,wet and NASTY. House keeping missed someone's toenails on the chair, management said it was rice. We were told we could have a non ADA room on the 2nd floor, no elevator. I asked for a refund since my needs were not met and was refused. I was told I could take a non ADA room with 2 beds instead of the one king or I could leave. The AC in this room sounded like an ice machine was dumping ice in the next room. I tried just using the ceiling fan. Somehow it's louder. Listen to the AC,from the bed in photos. There is a breakfast, 7-9. I was there at 7:15 see photos. I reserved through Priceline. They won't help because I didn't cancel a no cancelation reservation. When ADA needs weren't able to be met, Night Management told me they would refund $15 of the $25 pet deposit to take the room they refused to refund,even though pets are not allowed. No pets allowed is not on Priceline but to get my money, they allowed it. I was told to tell the front desk about the pet refund before 9. When I did, I was talked down to in a very loud angry voice. I'm elderly and apparently elder abuse doesn't bother this facility. I don't appreciate being belittled, LOUDLY by staff when previous staff told me this was how to handle the pet refund to avoid problems.

We are traveling Needed to stop asap Everything amazing thus far! Mech? (the person at the counter) was more than helpful!!! Clean rooms! Appearance looked fresh! We shall see about breakfast in the AM

The staff was helpful beyond what I could have asked for. The first night we stayed the heater did not work. It also looked like it was busted and nasty on the inside, like that needed to be cleaned bad. I went to the front desk & he gave me a portable heater that really didn’t work either, but we decided to stay another night just in another room. We went to that room had a hair from the previous tenant in the tub so I clean that they offered to clean it, but I’d rather do it myself to make sure it was done, but as they cleaned during the day, I would walk by and see that they pull everything off the bedding, they mop, like they clean; I guess she just missed the hair. We went out for the day and came back to a clean bed. We will stay again bc even though there were minor things, I feel like they went above, and beyond to take care of us. See ya next trip!

The staff members there are incredibly helpful and courteous. There is a swimming pool on the premesis. The rooms have been clean each time while staying from out of town. The location is convenient for gas, food & shopping.
