My husband and I stayed here for two nights as a get away for the weekend. They were having a really good deal and we decided to stay here. They had all our information when we checked in, they were friendly and patient with us. When we got to the room it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We went shopping all day Saturday and when we came back our room was spotless. I had left my makeup all over the counter and it was neatly organized for me. We recently learned that the hotel had come under new management about a year ago. For a new management they are doing such an amazing job and definitely headed in the right direction! My husband and I will be returning for our next get a way!
First impressions of the room were good. Nice and big. But once you got in, it was difficult not to notice the actual quality of the room. From the attached pictures, you can see. Toilet seat that doesn't match the shape of the bowl, heating/cooling unit unusable because controls were poked out. Security hole in door, painted shut. Place was literally a dive. I know the room wasn't that much, but it should be at least functional. Management obviously doesn't care, as there are several negative reviews on this property. Plus it was in a shady location.
One of the lower tier Covington lodging properties, but well maintained and clean. If a room is mostly just a place to sleep, use your money for something else and stay here! I need a mobility accessible room and was pleasantly surprised that it had a rolll-in shower verses just grab bars in a shower.
My wife and I stayed for the weekend. Our room was cleaned while we were away and the cleaner organized all the makeup my wife had left all over the sink. We loved how clean it was and the bed was amazing!
Wow, I really don't know where to start, The only two good things I can say about this room is that the bed was comfortable and the TV was nice. Aside from that, the walls are graham cracker thin, and you could literally hear every single semi pass on the highway. I checked into the room at about 9 PM and I had to leave at 5:30 AM because I could not get any sleep. I was not offered a partial refund, Full refund, Or even a room change! I ended up having to find another place to stay. And I paid over $100 for this room. What a waste of money
This hotel is horrible. How Wyndham allows this property to use its name is beyond me. Someone needs to go inspect it. The fire alarms are covered in aluminum. The shower is moldy. The toilet moves. It doesn’t sit well on the floor. There are no drawers so you will have to live out of your suitcase. The walls are falling apart. The TV doesn’t work. The phone doesn’t work. The walls are half painted. The sheets have holes in them. |The towels are nasty. Seriously there has to be some sort of quality control. The breakfast consists of coffee, juice and toast. That’s it!!!! And I was charged $174 a night!!!! It’s a ripoff!! Don’t stay here. Avoid it!
This place is horrible! The people who run the place are rude and extremely demanding! No furniture in the room except a bed! The bed is so soft that I sunk into it 6inches when just sitting on it. I couldn't sleep, and when I did fall asleep, little that I did, I was awaken with the sound of the furnace tapping and popping when it roared to life on and off. When I got up, I was left with so much pain I could hardly walk for the rest of the day! They only give you two standard pillows for a king size bed so no way to even try to get comfortable! The dish network they have doesn't even have ABC network anymore and to top it off, no in-room coffee! The continental breakfat bar doesn't open until 6, so if you're an early riser, you're so out of luck!!
Nice clean rooms at a good price. Owners are great to deal with.
We booked to stay at The Twelve Oaks with our teenage daughter, who is a huge fan of The Vampire Diaries, after we saw it recommended on several social media pages. As we were coming from the UK and we had some access requirements, we had several ema
My son celebrated his 11th birthday at Boost and he had a blast. The staff were great, the kids had a wonderful time and I was able to sit back and enjoy all of the smiling faces.
My husband and I visited Mystic Grill for the first time yesterday. Our serverâs name was Janet P. and she was amazing! She made our experience so great and was kind, had great recommendations, and was very personable. She recommended the pimento c
My 2nd favorite antique store! Prices were great! I loved the vibe. Staff was nice. Very large store with lots to see. This place reminds me of Queen of Hearts in Marietta. I will be back!
