OMG! I wouldn't recommend this place to a pack of dogs!! It started when I booked 2 rooms online. Paid for one then, the other was to be paid when I got there. Upon arrival, I paid for my second room, but then I was only given one room key. The lady had to search for my other reservation, finally found it. Next, they kept trying to get me to pay again for the room I had already paid for. I had to call the credit card company to have them tell them that they had already approved the payment. But they kept insisting that the funds had not been paid. But they finally gave me the room anyway and told me if there was an issue, they would call me, and they did, the next morning. So again, I had to call the credit card company and have them talk to the hotel staff and inform them that it was their company that was holding the funds. Finally, after she talked to four different people, they released the money. She then apologized to me for any inconvenience. Next, the rooms need serious upgrades, I have pictures. But worst of all, if you're a light sleeper, like me, you'll be up all night! The airplanes fly directly over the hotel. All day and night!! So, I had the least rest possible, they tried to overcharge me, and the rooms weren't even up to standard! Oh, don't let me forget this, the floors were filthy! My socks picked up so much dirt it was ridiculous! Had to tell the kids to keep their shoes on! I was going to go purchase a mop and supplies to clean it, but decided that it wasn't my job. Had it been, my floors would have been immaculate! Just sprayed everything down with disinfectant spray and prayed! So this place is definitely NOT recommended!
Worn out but clean. This place shows its age, the floors are moisture warped, a gap under the door, and you can hear every plane take off. The first night I slept poorly bc of all the voices outside.
Luxury it is not but saw no mold or bugs and it is close to airport if you have a quick stay and are on a budget. It has breakfast but I was too worn out to try it.
If you’re looking for noise cancellation, stay at hotel next door—been there and it’s better.
Me and my partner have been staying on and off with this specific location and we absolutely love it. Wouldn't go anywhere else! I'm big on service and the front desk team (literally all of them) are top-notch, friendly, and fast. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is ehhhh and they also have a shuttle to and from the airport. The place is very safe and secure..cameras everywhere and security is present. We also enjoy this location due to its proximity to everything we need. Definitely deserves 5 stars all around...!!! except the breakfast...that's a huge pass. 👎
This hotel should be condemned. It poses a serious health risk, bedbugs, nasty sheets with all sorts of stains. I had a late check in and was very tired an sleepy after a long flight delay . So I slept in a chair that was on rollers that slipped out from underneath me a couple of times. I showered with shoes on. The floor was so nasty I didn’t leaver my luggage in the room but put it back in the car after seeing what I was up against. I sprayed the bed down with a full can of Lysol but that was not enough. The airplanes flew over constantly , while I was trying to wait for daylight, so loud and flew so low till I could not rest in peace. Noisy ! I showed management the filthy sheets and what looked like many bedbugs and she apologized. It was great for airport parking and the towels were soft. But the bed was not fit to sleep in and the floors was not swept with very obvious trash on them. I was afraid to sleep in my car because there were people outside of their rooms smoking or just walking around about 3:00 am probably with the same issues I was experiencing so please don’t even try it. So on the positive side there was soft towels and the great location in reference to the airport, oh and the people at the front desk was very friendly. I just pray I didn’t bring any of those bedbugs home with me. I have taken all the precautions I can to avoid them after the fact.
We stayed here for one night. Our first room had a ceiling leak (it was raining all day). The staff quickly put us in another room. The location was good. We felt safe. It is close to the airport so you will hear airplanes every 3 minutes. At night, we couldn’t hear them over the AC unit. The room is a little on the outdated side. Overall, you can’t beat the price or location. I would stay here again for a night to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay, due to comfort.
Can I leave zero stars? Room was disgusting with sticky floors like they were mopped with apple juice, at least half a head of loose hair was left in the shower, and both beds. Light switches didn't work, had to screw in the light bulbs to have light. Was sold a smoking room, all rooms are non smoking. The night clerk seemed annoyed we even showed up.to rent a room, and due to it's convenient proximity to the airport, the lovely sounds of cicadas in the landscaping were drowned out by the constant jet noise of multiple aircraft taking off at once. (I get the noise issues, but it would have been cleaner to sleep on the airport bathroom floor). No breakfast served as advertised, we were rushed out of the room at 1050 with an 11 am checkout.
I've never had a problem with this property. They've updated the rooms a bit. Honestly, I liked them better the old way. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and I can actually walk on the floor in my socks and they're not all grimy and black in the morning 😀. The service has always been friendly. There are a bunch of eateries less than ten minutes away. Walmart and Kroger about 15 - 18 min away. Airport close. Just make sure you have everything you need when you get there, because if not you'll have to go back out. Mainly because there's nothing in the immediate vicinity. The property sells snacks and drinks... surprisingly, it costs less to buy their snacks cause the vending machine is higher. 🤔 The bus stop is in front, and if you're trying to get to the train station, the bus stop is directly across the street. It's only about a 10 minute ride. They provide an airport shuttle bus. The interstate is close by. They have onsite laundry. Housekeeping is prompt. They may be a little pricey, but you're getting a lot for your money. Not bad.
States a breakfast. If bread and frozen waffles are the only ring you like, then this is the place to go. Apple and orange juice machine down, after looking at prior reviews seems this has been atleast a month. Room was clean, but this whole place needs a face-lift. Front desk person was professional and nice. Super close to car rental return and airport.
