Days Inn by Wyndham Castaic Six Flags Magic Mountain - Hotel in Castaic - 31410 Castaic Rd, USA

So we went for pride night at magic mountain. Stayed 1 night. Rooms need updated not super clean. But the important stuff was clean. They were super cool about not closing the pool. I think if you're not too loud they will let you hang. We needled another fridge. They gave us 2. So it's clean enough to have a good time and party if you want to. Not so bad. No bugs and comfortable.

My son & I had to stay here. We really didn't have any choice. Reason 1: Car needed mechanical work. Reason 2: we had no car to get us to another place. First night, we paid in cash, and the second night, we paid with my debit card an hour before checkout as we had no clue if my car would even be ready that day. I received the first notification that the payment went through right before we walked out of the office. While we were walking into the restaurant, I got another transaction notification, and I logged in quickly and noticed they had run payment for another night. After breakfast, I go into the office and tell the clerk at the front desk, "Hey, you ran payment twice." He said, really? So he checked and then said I apologize and said that he had released one of the transactions" I didn't see any movement in my account, so before we left that evening, I made sure to go in and confirm. He said it would take a few days. To go into my account. A couple of days later, I saw that I had money returned to my account. One for $70 and another for $4.30. They still owe me $25.70. It may not be a lot for some of you, but at this point, it is to me. And I shouldn't have to give them my money for free. I also noticed the mirrors were dirty. There was trash under the beds. But we had no other choice at that point. I hope I never, ever have to stay there again.

On a fair une halte pour une nuit. L endroit nous convenait mais je precise que c eqt excentre de LA d ou le prix plus avantageux. Les personnes sont plutot froides mais pas desagreables non plus. Polis et serviables. Pas tres bavards. Parking OK wifi OK litterie horrible.

Was something last minute for us to stay, but I was able to book a room super easy. Katie was AMAZING super fast and explained everything in detail. She answered all my questions and had excellent customer service. Our room was pretty big compared to other hotels, room was clean and had extra towels already! Thank you Katie for an amazing stay.

Positive: I was able to book without any hassle and it got me out of a pinch. Negative: The parking places were too small-There are ants in our room-There was mold growing around the bath tub-They didn?t come in and change our sheets unless we were there to ask them to change them-they never cleaned the room-Always had to go ask for towels.

When booking my trip, I remembered how much we like this little motel we had stayed at in the area when we last came down 13 years ago. Did a quick search on Expedia with the filters I required to see if I could figure out where it was. Because we stayed here before the motel came up so I thought all was good. Made an error and they were great in accommodating it. Once we got in the room did the usual check of the beds for signs of bed bugs and was impressed with how clean they were. Then we started looking around the room. Yes, the high touch surfaces were clean, but man did the room need a deep cleaning. Bases of the doors and baseboards were filthy. I'm pretty sure the dresser had body fluids splashed across the front of it. The walls looked like they hadn't been washed in quite a while. Great water pressure in the shower, but California has hard water and you need to decalcify shower head more often. Again, the shower and sink were clean, but the bathroom needed a deep scrubbing. When we stayed here before it was the perfect little out of the way motel, and if it just had a good cleaning it would be again.

I'm so tired of seeing pictures of hotels probably taken 20 years ago and pulled off as current. There needs to be a law for this false advertisement. The hotel room was pictured with a sofa bed and said max occupancy 5 people. When I arrived I was told there is no sofa bed and all the trundle were reserved by family's who were there Long term. The grounds were sketchy. People hanging out in lawn chairs in the parking lot. I counted 12 long hairs on my bathroom towel! I'm done with days inn.

Last minute booking to get a jump start on our family vacation. Room was dirty, curtains had huge holes, and there were ants everywhere, including the bed. TV didn't work and the closet door almost fell off in my hand. The worst part for me was that other guests used the balcony/walk way to smoke and the smoke came in through the air conditioning unit. Might as well havebeen a smoking room with how bad it smelled. Spend a little more and book a nicer location.
