The Room was by far not clean at all. In face. It has so many stains all around. For a Non-smoking room. It had lots of burns everywhere. Holes in the sheets, drapery & furniture. To top it all off. A roach crawled up the wall. 🤢. And also a bed bug🤮. Yeah. NEVER AGAIN. Only good thing was that it was quite there. That's all.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot I had a bad feeling about this place. There was trash all over the parking lot. Walked inside to drunk people playing slot machines and a crack head passed out. The front desk has bullet proof glass on it. We were given the key to a room that was already occupied. We are lucky they weren't in their room ir we probably would've been shot. We were given a key for a different room, but it was smelly and disgusting. My family and I did not want to put our things down nor touch anything. I was terrified out of my mind. I could put my family's life in danger. I asked for a refund and was refused. You couldn't pay me any amount of money to stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The lobby smells horrible.. there are video gaming machines in the ‘lounge’.. there were dirty towels on the floor as we got out of elevator. The room smelled dirty… door looked as if it had kicked from the inside. Very old microwave… the bathroom had burns marks on counter, disgusting dirty tub and towels so old, threadbare, and a dingy/dirty white? I left and filed complaint with corporate. I will attach pictures… repeat DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! |And there was no breakfast ..my daughter said she wouldn’t there anyway!!

Disgusting, sheets were stained and had cigarette holes in them, blood on the bed, pillows were paper thin, bathtub was stained black, lights broken, counter stained, door chipped. Also their lobby doesn’t look like it does in the pictures. there are gambling machines in the “lobby” and it smelt like weed aswell as staff were unprofessional.

I wish I could've given them no stars. First of all we walked in to get a room and was told they had only 1 room left and it was a Jacuzzi which I didn't believe. Total was $178 for one night but wait that's not it. We took it because we were tired. I asked him about a discount because we took "last" room. He says oh I gave you one because this room is normally $265 a night?????? I don't believe that either. Especially since that motel is a dump. The room alone was disgusting! The only thing that worked was the AC. it was so dirty you could tell that room #601 had not been cleaned for awhile. Everything was dirty, there was no way I was touching nothing except the bed which I checked for bed bugs first. Refrigerator wouldn't close, bathroom light didn't work but flickered, mirror was cracked, shower caused water to be all over the floor, bathroom countertop is coming off the wall. Sink was dripping all night, missing wall sconces, basically it was a room that they took parts out of when they needed for other rooms. Jacuzzi tub was soooo dirty there was no way I was getting in there. There's only one ice machine on the 5th floor, there was no ac in the hallways or elevators. It was by far the worst room I've ever stayed in!!! I want a corporate manager to return my email or I will do another review worse than this one I promise I'm requesting my money back it's totally not fair that I was charged so much for THIS DISGUSTING ROOM. Do not stay there, there's another motel right next door. I look forward to hearing from you because I'm not happy at all. I need an email for corporate because I feel I should be compensated for this terrible room and such a high price for 1 night stay, $178 and he said that was with a discount. I will not stop contacting someone until something is done for me.

Disappointing experience. The hotel was adversitied as 'Include Breakfast', but at checkin, it was revealed that breakfast is not included. The front desk was behind thick glass, projecting a sense of insecurity and caution. The entire property extrudes an aura of carelessness. The lobby carpets are worn out. Walls have been patched up without any care of the color. The luggage trolly is falling apart and makes loud noise whenever you pull the handle. We took a non-smoking room, but the bathroom was filled with The odor of weed. Fortunately, we were moved to another room on the fourth floor. The bathroom has a bent towel rack- no one cared enough to fix it. The made loud noise when turned on. The furniture and worn out and filthy. The hallways were stinky. When I asked for an extra pillow and blanket, I was told that I cannot be given an extra blanket because my room is a room with king bed. I know this is an economy hotel, but I have stayed in other economy hotels (even if the same brand) and had a much better experience.

This hotel is only good if you only plan to spend time asleep here. Here's some tips.||1. Bring your own cleaning supplies to touch up the rooms.||2. Pull back the sheets and inspect each layer and pillows. (We had to request new sheets)||3. Bring all valuables outside of your vehicle. (Actual drug addicts are outside and intoxicated people in the lobby to gamble.)||4. Bring shower shoes/slides/sandals.||5. If you aren't familiar with being in unsafe areas of Chicago, pick another hotel. There's a lot of activity outside and you need to know what to ignore or what to give attention too.||

Never ever ever ever ever stay here. A complete dump. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes as soon as you opened the door along with the whole sink, furniture and towels with burn holes in them. Our complimentary coffee and tea in the room was non- existent. The filter basket was hanging off of the coffee machine by one hinge. Dirt and hair everywhere. Broken stuff everywhere. Crackheads and tweekers inside and out. THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME AND THEN LIED ABOUT IT AND I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable. I did not know places like this existed.
