I booked a one night stay. I checked right after entering my room. Dirty dated and very strong odor in the room. Located just off the highway with homeless people roaming around the lobby. The front desk clerk chased one out because they took ice. Advertise having a pool. Sign at the front desk pool is closed. Unfortunately, I did not get the feeling my vehicle would be safe overnight.

I have stayed at this location several times since the mid-90s. It's a trusted go-to for me. My most recent visit was last month. I ran into unexpected car trouble upon arrival & was forced to extend my stay last minute, all of which challenged my finances, schedule, & sense of safety traveling. Add wi-fi problems to the mix, & I was severely distressed! Jessica, the Front Desk Manager was SO helpful & solicitous!! She is a consummate problem-solver!! I am grateful & loyal to this Days Inn location for life! Thank you :)

We got this room last minute. The lady at the desk was so nice. So we arrive to get our key we didnt go look at the room ( we should have ) anyways we had to go grab food because everything was closing it was so late and we had not eaten since lunch then we get back to find our room and noticed there was bugs everywhere. All over the beds and the counters. You could tell the sheets and all that were not clean.The entire place smelled my pot , i went back to ask for a refund he refused ( this was now a guy with long hair HE WAS SO RUDE ) . The place is so rundown theres people who are homeless walking around in the parking lot we did not feel safe at all there , its the type of place where you definitely could get your vehicle stolen from.The whole place is soo rundown some of the room doors were open nobody was in them. The door you could tell had already been broken into. it was definitely not worth the money. I took that loss because i noticed the guy wasn't going to refund me , we just left and headed home. I should’ve read the reviews do not make the same mistake i did. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else this is definitely not a place you want to stay at.

Clean and comfortable room. Desk attendant checked out the room to make sure there were sufficient towels and also brought me a container of ice which was not expected. Very nice people. Numerous places to eat nearby.

Ben is legit the best! He helped me get a king room, last minute! Helped me with my tv and even made sure that I got all the ice I needed! Ben went above and beyond and was super friendly and made my stay feel like I was right at home!

The service was good. However there was no maid service and there were roaches in the rooms and the shower head in the bathroom was disgusting. I will not ever stay here again. Do better, I can’t speak for everyone but I do not want to sleep with bugs.

Positive: Price and close location to expressway and local fast food restaurants. Furniture surfaces and inside fridge were clean. Negative: Wifi wouldn't connect, no room cleaning, stained bath towels. Bathroom and shower floors were filthy. Couch was stained. Bathroom faucet water smelled. TV growled on certain stations. There were gnats and a fly in the room upon check-in. Door handle.

The first room we were offered was so smelly it just about took our breathe away. Before we set any of our bags down we endeavoured to find the smell. We opened the microwave and about 50 cockroaches came running out across the dresser and walls. We scurried out of there real quick! It was after midnight after a long day of travel so we accept a second room offered in a totally different building that was basic accomodation with no bugs in sight. Will not try this property again. Breakfast was a granola bar and two mandarins offered across the chick in desk.
