This is an older facility being updated. It needs a better sign for where to get off the main road. You turn in between the bp gas station and Fricker's restaurant and drive back and around, but it is not obvious that is how you get here. The sign-in was handled pleasantly. The room was clean and had all the most basic amenities----refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, soap and shampoo samples. The wi-fi was strong and the bath water hot. Once I figured out the heater, I had excellent heat. It still felt a bit down-scale but was a perfectly fine place to get a night's sleep. Because it is older, the electric outlets were not the best placed. I had to move a table to get a place to set up my laptop by an outlet. But for a night's sleep I would stay again.

There's a reason it's cheap. Absolutely disgusting room. Large hole in the ceiling of the closet, filthy floors, coffee pot had mold in it, bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned or updated in years, no furniture except for the beds. On a better note, the guy working the front counter was very nice and helpful when we expressed our concerns with the room. Also it looks like they may be in the middle of renovating some of the building. They should have closed off the nasty sections of the motel though. At the end of the day, save your money and go somewhere else.

Room was fairly dirty. The beds were nice and clean, but the floor was a little sticky. The basin of the sink in the bathroom was cracked, and the shower had no hot water (in the middle of winter). Not a terribly enjoyable experience.

The staff was great and accommodated our request to have adjoining rooms. For $100 a night, this place needs a lot of work. The floor in our room was new along with the beds, but that is all that's been touched since this place was built. The bathroom was old and dirty, the walls looked like they might start crumbling down, and the back door was missing a deadbolt.

We had a non smoking room that smelled completely like smoke. My mom is allergic to smoke and could barely be in the room for more than a few seconds before demanding that we needed to go ask for another room. The guy at the desk was really understanding and put us in another room but the room only had 1 bed and there were 3 of us. When he tried to put us in yet another room the manager, I guess, told him that he couldn't do that. And that in order to get the room changed we would have to call the company through which the hotel was booked. The manager put us in freshly clean room that had a faint smoke smell. After some renuzits and air freshener spray the room smelled fine. The door to the room from the outside barely shut all the way and we had to put a lot of pressure on it to get the door to lock. The bathroom didn't even shut or lock. And the tub was slightly gross. The bar that the shower curtain was on moved around A LOT and I was terrified that it was going to come out of the wall. If I could give it a rater lower than 1 star I would. It was positively the worst experience I have ever had.

Although the room I had for the night did not have a window, I found it comfortable and a good size. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The front desk clerk was full of personality and accommadating as we had pets with us. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the water was piping hot! Great since it was snowing outside! There was a coffee maker in the room and a simple but good breakfast in the lobby. The only complaint I can make is the door was very hard to close and lock. Other than that it was a great overnight stay.

Great value. Room had fresh paint, newer beds and tv. Shower was hot and strong. Free breakfast. The only issue is its a little dated looking. $54 with tax I can overlook a peach bathtub.

The first room I received was bad from the get go. You could see where some paint peeled off the door (room 219) and they just painted over it. The door wouldn't latch shut I wanted to eat and sleep so I just threw the flip latch. I sat on the bed to eat and smelled urine. I thought it was the bed cover so I threw that in the corner and switched beds. Again I smelled it. Turns out it was the floor. The lady at the front desk was more than happy to give me a new room (202) again seemed OK at first. Got in went to wash my hands, no towels. Well except the old ones from the people before me hanging on the shower curtain. Again I called the front desk, super nice lady. She brought me towels. I sat on the bed and sank into it. Totally worn out. The carpet turned my socks black. The floor is uneven where the concrete is all messed up. There was a second bed in the room it has since been removed. You wanna know how I know there was a bed there? They removed the bed and wall mounted headboard and spackled all the holes but never painted the wall. That and the only clean spot in the carpet is the size of a bed. I can tolerate a lot and stay in hotels often but this is by far the worst and I think its the first review I've ever given. I hope you heed my warnings and never stay in the dirty run down hotel.
