Recently renovation made this property so worth spending time here!!! The newly renovated rooms are so neat and clean. The rooms are giving fresh vibes because of the color and new furniture ✨️!! The staff, service everything amazing. Breakfast area, pool area very nicely maintained. The manager and front desk staff is providing excellent customer service 👏!! Love the place

Always a wonderful stay at Days Inn in Berlin Turnpike. It’s my favorite place to stay when I’m in the area. They have clean rooms and friendly staff. My favorite room is the jacuzzi room! They have breakfast, cereal, oatmeal and a small selection of pastries. Along with juice and coffee. Looking forward to my next visit!

Our room was extremely unsanitary. The bedsheets were covered in stains, the ac filter and vent were covered in grime, and an awful odor radiated throughout the building. It smelt sour and reeked of cigarettes. The parking lot smelled like marijuana as well. If you planned on using their wifi, good luck. The connection was unstable and inefficient. While the inexpensive price may be alluring, stay elsewhere!

So.. the bad. The hallway smelled sour and was very worn. No elevator so my bad back had to contend with stairs but there weren't many. We got 3 hours sleep because the bed was so old and springs were noisy and hard. The AC and bathroom vent had mold. The bedspread was stained with coffee and the sheets had old blood flecks and something else on them that must not have come out in the wash. Was very uncomfortable sleeping in them. There were no spare blankets or pillows. There was a ton of hair in the shower and sink. We could tell the maid did bare minimum cleaning. The ppl outside must have lived there and looked rough and hung out in parking lot under our window by our car all night talking and laughing. And there wasn't much for breakfast. The pool also closes very early so we weren't able to get in there. The good, is it looked like the flooring in that room and TV had been updated from the 80s. So that was a plus. However, there were only a few channels and we wished there was just a few more or an app. We had to settle on Scooby Doo. It had a fridge and microwave for our leftovers and the staff was courteous enough. It was indeed cheap and bug free. So that's the good. Just needs more updating really, which they may slowly keep doing. It was just a bit rough for us and we needed our sleep. It's in a fair location near food and attractions, too.

Just Wow! Well Done Days Inn Berlin! It has been a long time coming in out travels that we were this satisfied. No issues, no complaints. The rooms were extremely clean and everything worked. The bath and shower were exceptional, plenty of linen provided. The outside pool was very clean and the grounds were well cut. They had plenty of relaxing chairs for the guest. I talked with the General manager for extra towels for the pool use and he was fantastic. Like I said before no issues, no complaints. I highly recommend this establishment. The price for the rooms was fitting. It also was very close to restaurants and malls. Less than 2 miles from Days Inn. Well Done all. Thank you for a GREAT STAY! Joe & Sonja B. From Chicopee

I had a great stay! The rooms are remodeled, extremely comfortable and clean! I got to meet the owner, Neel and he is absolutely amazing! Neel wanted to know not only how our stay at the hotel was, but how our stay in the area was. He is very kind and caring, you can tell he really takes pride in the hotel. One of the nicest owners of a hotel I've met! I highly recommend staying!!

Hands down best hotel I've stayed in. First and foremost the staff is AMAZING! The hotel is quiet, clean and in close distance of necessities. Family friendly as the outdoor pool is perfect for kids of all ages. I would absolutely recommend staying here especially with children.

My family and I have been staying at Days Inn Berlin for an extended period, and have had nothing but great customer service! The rooms look to be remodeled and kept very clean, there's a daily breakfast that is kept well stocked. Neel at the front desk is always kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
