The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. At check in the guy working the desk took the time to make sure I knew where everything was. At breakfast, the attendant was so welcoming to my one-year old and even pulled out a special snack for her. Housekeeping was also really helpful. The room was clean, the mini-fridge was huge, and I was impressed by how clean the tub was.

What a nice stay! The hotel is small but really comfortable and clean!! The staff is very nice and helpful, the breakfast was enough to start the day, many options to eat near, and Disneyland 10 minutes away! |Pool and jacuzzi to relax 🤩|I really recommend this hotel, we'll come back again for sure!

The room it self was amazing, very clean, nice. Loved the coffeemaker. The only issue I had was there rarely was hot water, it was amazing the fact that they provide shampoos, conditioner and body wash. I couldn’t give my toddler a bath because there was never hot water. And when I reported it to the office, the lady wanted to send house keeping? How are they gonna help with hot water? Shouldn’t it be maintenance? And one day I got locked out, it was around 9 pm, with my toddler and the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t open it for me because my name wasn’t registered. I gave my ID to a gentleman there before I though he added me, but the fact is she wouldn’t open the door for me, and I was in the phone with my fiancé, she needed to talk to him, it she wouldn’t allow to speak with him while I was in a call with him, she said he HAD to call, I was already speaking with him, she gave me attitude and I didn’t like that. And with a toddler with me and she still would not open the door. I offered my ID and she wouldn’t take it.

Nice hotel. Staf was friendly. We were greeted with a coffee in the lobby. There is a coffee station in the lobby, open until 11pm. We had a room with a nice and comfortable kingsize bed. The room is refurbished but some minor defects like a opening between door and doorpost and some old skirting boards. Overall the room was clean except the floor can use some mopping. The lights have usb built in but some are broken. Overall the room was wonderfull and we enjoyed it. Pool is clean, not to cold and hottub was nice and warm. The laundry machines do not work for European travelers because you need a app. Breakfast contains coffee, juce, different yogurts, danish and muffins, fruit and granola bars. Perfect to start your day. The arts bus stop for disneyland is across the street a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. We hope to visit again.

Walls were paper thin. Met by a woman who seemed to hate her job. Woke up asked for the other night we booked to be refunded after 3 months I don’t have my money cause hotel never authorized to pay me for the other night I did not stay. So disappointed

The location was great for Dineyland. Breakfast was complete, and Cristine, who served it, was super polite and kind!

Since the remodel some reviews were 5 stars, our experience was a 3 though. The room remodel looks good but it had dirty floors, the towels & linens were nice & clean. Shower pressure was low but the water stayed hot. Breakfast had fresh fruit and packaged danishes/muffins to go. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pulling into the hotel is confusing since to get to the hotel feels like you’re going to Jack-in-the-box. GPS routes to the back of the parking lot but the gate is locked. Overall our stay suited our purpose but wasn’t special in any way.
