Overall, this was great value for the money. The staff was friendly; check in and out was a breeze. The location is great, only 8 minutes from the casinos. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was good. Some items in the room showed age and wear, but again, this was great value for the money.

Customer service was poor and check-in took a long time when it didn’t even seem busy. We were given a room on the 1st floor right next to the elevator, so we heard the elevator ding all night long. It is a dog-friendly hotel, so you can hear dogs barking and howling all night as the walls are thin. Floors were dirty and stained, crumbs and debris all along the walls and bottom of bed. Arm chair was stained. There was a clear plastic bag over the smoke detector when we arrived in the room, even though it was advertised as a “smoke-free” room. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the hotel room. We were charged $258 for one night and it was not worth the money. We stayed one night and left at 7:30AM, didn’t even try to continental breakfast as it was only waffles and processed carbs.

Staff was pleasant at check in. Room was large and fairly clean. Mattress was excellent. I'd stay here again.||Tip: be sure to book a room away from the elevator. We didn't and the loud elevator bell was annoying, especially in the early morning.

I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!! Room smelled heavy of must. We left early due to a giant centipede coming out of the wall from the hung painting. The bedding is stained and thin, pillows have nearly no stuffing in them. Breakfast ended early at 9 due to running out of food. We went to Walmart for extra bedding and breakfast options for the kids. I wouldn't recommend staying here!! Now for the good stuff.. Service was great, we didn't have any problems while there. The hotel is also in a great location and only 11 minutes to Atlantic City. Plenty of restaurants near by to choose from as well.

Affordable option on a coastal drive up to Long Island. They showed me four rooms before we found a room that didn’t smell musty. Easy to find location close to Ocean City and Atlantic City. I was grateful because we found a clean room and was affordable. |Enjoyed breakfast. Breakfast was coffee, cereal, waffles okay. |Pool looked inviting and a good option for a windy summer day

The room was dusty and not properly cleaned,I had to cut my two-night stay to just one. If you're allergic to dust or carpets, I recommend reconsidering your booking. The noise from the pool made it difficult to sleep in the morning or noon.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Once you walk in, there are flies all over the reception desk, the elevators smell like wet dog or weed depends on which one you get on. The rooms smell musty, the bedsheets look dirty but you can't tell because the rooms are too dark, the carpet feels wet and have a rancid smell. The closets are dirty with broken hangers, the bathroom was dirty we did not feel comfortable at all. The guest next door were loud and obnoxious we could hear their conversations as if they were standing next to us. They charged us $60 for cleaning fees, we did not care we just wanted to get the f out of there, the two guys at the front desk did not want to give us our money back (cash) but they had to because we told them clearly "we do not want to stay here!" The reviews are true, we just wanted to save some money but at the end we chose to go a different hotel, it was a little pricier but we were comfortable and had a nice time.

Stayed here because it was affordable pet friendly option near AC, but I would pay more for expensive options closer to boardwalk because the service here was not ideal. Check in was a mess, and all they said was “we’re busy 🤷🏽‍♀️” room is okay, musty/older/more motel feeling, get what you paid for there (but I’ve also paid similar amount in other hotels for a much nicer and cleaner feeling so still a bit questionable) They had a pet fee we didn’t know about prior but then they tried to up-charge additionally from what rate was reserved online.It was chaotic. Location wise - 20 mins drive from boardwalk.
