It's an alright place to probably stay a few nights. They charged me 285 for 2 beds a week. Plus a 50 dollar deposit. I had the smallest fridge for me n 2 babies... I asked for a bigger one and was told I would get one but never got it. They do Inspections on your room if you live there.. they made me leave a week after i paid rent due to my room being alittle messy.. it wasnt bad at all.... and they told me i had to leave when they did inspections 3 days early due to bonnaroo but no one was told which isnt fair. Neighbors are nosy lol on the back side.. and after I moved out I only got 40 dollars back on my deposit and I paid 50 and also they also told me I should have only been paying 265 and told me the owner would be in touch with me about me paying over. And never heard anything back. They do have roaches already they were coming out the back of the wood they have behind the beds. And also some in the cracks in the rooms. They say pest control comes.. but I never seen anyone come spray the rooms. They do watch cameras which is nice. They have cleaned up alot. I do say. Also it was hard to get clean towels toilet paper and clean bed linens for the bed and pillow cases and what not. I would call the office and they would tell me to get with a housekeeper but I didn't know who was who lol But within the 3 months I was there there rent price went up to 300 a week and everyone pays a different price as well.
It was dirty and unkept. I turned on the sink and the faucet almost came off in my hand. Then I had to take a cold shower because the water didn't get hot. Are you kidding me? The only reason they got two stars is because when it rained the roof didn't leak. Good thing I was on the bottom floor
Dirty, checked in after a day of driving. Slept and in the morning with all the lights on I wish I hadn't. Stains on the love seat. A/C had no cover looked as if it was beaten with a bat. Nail clippings in the sink, a used shampoo bottle on 5 he counter. Didn't eat but they didn't have anything on the continental breakfast. I really want some juice and the machine had out of order. The front desk clerk was beyond nice. Clearly she just worked there and the problem was the owner. Run, run away fast.
Manager Tom was great. Even had a sense of humor. Very attentive. Room was very clean. For what I paid a definite bargain.
Very friendly, professional front desk staff. Was a little concerned by the price, usually look for something in the $100 range. Room is not brand new, but is clean and functional. If you're the type to roll into town after driving all day and hoping to find an available room, look this one up. I would stay again.
The blanket had a huge brown stain on it and the bathroom floor didn't look like it had been sweeped. We were only here because a bad storm prevented us from driving on the road. The room cost 53/night but it was not worth it. The price for the room should be cheaper because the quality of the room was poor.
Dirty, unfriendly, and overall poor experience. I would blame it on the price but I road trip between Florida and Missouri quite often and almost always can find a better stay for even cheaper. I would recommend looking for something else in the area.
It’s a nice hotel very clean, staff is really nice too. it’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for now days i think anyways

This isn't the type of hotel we would normally stay in, but the price was right, and it is rated well, so we went for it. We checked in around 10 or so, and the woman working the desk was so friendly, especially with our daughter. The room was small,
One of the best historical hikes I've been to. They even have a museum and a gift shop. A lot of waterfalls to explore if you do a loop trail. Definitely a moderate hike with plenty of parking. Rocky in some area.
Stopped in this lovely little cafe/boutique today to check out what all they offer. Such a cute and quaint small town experience. I ended up buying a meat and three to that consisted of roast beef with carrots, mashed potatoes, green beans and mixed
We had a late lunch and were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and checked on us throughout the meal. My husband had a BLT and I had a grilled cheese with coated fries. It was all delicious. We're just visiting Manchester, but if I lived
I love staying at the Broken Banjo RV park as I travel through the area. The cabins are always clean and are perfect in any weather (ac/heat). I travel with my dog and itâs always great to walk the trail and grounds on a long road trip. This las
