Nasty hotel, nasty staff, they didn’t have the room we booked when we got here the hot tub was not working in the room, staff wanted to move me to the same room for 3 times the price… super irritating, most irritating part… after alllll that we couldn’t even stay because when we walked into the room, it was awful… dirty.. water everywhere… and bed bugs!!!! Never again. 0/10 I wish I could give it a lower then a zero because 🤢🤢

False advertisement about fitness. Customer service sucks. Refrigerator missing shelf. Pool only open 2-9. Electronics don't work. Breakfast is a bag with a muffin and a crunch bar and no juice only coffee in a brown paper bag at that. Couldn't even get a cup the whole time I was here. Spoke with them on the phone and online nobody said anything about a $50 cash deposit that they don't have change for 🤦🏽‍♀️ spa has murder scene tape.

By far the worst hotel experience yet. Lobby dirty. Lot dirty. Ice machine brown streaks down the front and side. Trash in lobby. Smells terrible like musty old smoke. Room carpet and bedding stained. Hot tub out of order. Pool murky and stagnant. No iron in room. Room restroom dirty. Smells of marijuana and cigarette smoke. No extra sheets to cover filthy bed. Room bench soiled. THERE ARE NO SUITES IN THIS HOTEL SO DON'T BE FOOLED. Front desk staff said they'd reached out to the online management to update the listing to no avail. Hotel management and Wyndham unwilling to refund nor do they care. Even after I provided photos of my terrible stay here they wrote me back saying....||Dear Mario,||We are sorry to hear about your negative experience at the hotel. We do the best that we can to have the hotel clean as we have hundreds of people coming in and out of the facility on some days. We do not provide any kind of refunds or compensation on an unpleasant stay. We had many people who stayed on the date you had booked the rooms and we got great feedback and nobody complained. All 3 rooms were used and you did stay in them. If you would have made a decision within 15 minutes after checking in and did not use the rooms then we could have refunded you. However, that did not happen and you stayed in the 3 rooms. Unfortunately, we do not provide any compensation for these kinds of claims. It was better than I anticipated! The beds were so comfortable, the room was clean. The location was perfect so close to who I was visiting. The service was just how I like it. They Respected my privacy. When I come back to see my people I will be staying there and with its location being located near everything you need.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the absolutely most disgusting motel I have ever seen. It definitely takes the term "roach motel" to another level. We had booked the room for 5 nights where we would not be in until after midnight and leave around 8-9am, so it was literally to just shower and sleep. Every night we got in, there was absolutely no parking from construction equipment parked there, I'm not sure if the workers were staying there or not since more equipment kept appearing. I had to park in a no parking zone the second night and hope I didn't get towed. Also, all of our keycards were deactivated, and they seemed surprised we came back to reactivate them. I went down the first morning at 8 am to get a drink, but there wasn't anything at all in the breakfast area and again on the second morning, so I assume that they never provide breakfast. The phone was unplugged and when I plugged it back in the cord was covered in something sticky, the window was broken, there was holes in the curtain, there was dirty underwear in the drawer, and some guys check out paper on the counter, nasty red stains on the floors and bedsheets, and the door did not lock. It didn't feel really safe, so we shoved the chair against the door. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for more towels and for them to service the room on the 3rd day. When we came in, it was not serviced. The room smelled musty from the damp towels, along with the already stale smoke smell, and when the light was turned on, cockroaches started running across the bathroom floor and up the wall. We never left anything in the room and only took in valuables and what we needed, so at least we know we're not taking any bugs with us. Now I understand the cheap price we paid would not give us the best but all we wanted was a semi clean place to shower and sleep while we are in the area working but this was way past nasty and we would have left immediately if we were not so tired from long days. After the roach incident we we decided to finish our week sleeping in our vehicle as we feel cleaner and safer. I wish I had taken more pictures, but the few of the room I posted were after we decided to leave at 1 in the morning.

The Hotel was dark and the parking lot was empty i thought it was closed. A man came out and helped he was nice. The breakfast area was not clean and inviting, the space was overall poor lighting. The room wasn't bad decor wise on the surface was actually nice. The carpet was not vacuumed, the toilet was marked up and the showerhead wasn't the best . the chair and ottoman were filthy. And the pool was closed. But the bed was soft and comfortable and the tv nice! It just needs deep cleaned and updated lighting and restroom upgrades and it would be a nice hotel for a quick stay!

Required a cash deposit that was refundable on check out. The room was in poor shape. It smelled horrible. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The towels that were laid out for use look like they had poop on it. The bathroom vanity had cigarette burns on it from people laying them on it. The pool was closed. The breakfast area was in need of repairs. Was confirmed that the free breakfast was muffins and coffee. For a Days Inn, this property was the worst one I had ever been to. The manager puts people on hold and then hangs up the phone after 10 minutes of waiting.

For the price I can't complain. Beds were clean and comfortable. Spa was closed but the pool was open. The shower had awesome hot water. No bugs. The front office was great
