My StayvWas Great From The Start With Employee Megna was absolutely fantastic! She was very polite and helpful. She welcomed us and smiled the entire time! The Room was clean and well stocked, no bugs and it was quite quiet and Peaceful.. When I checked out, she was there to greet me again with her bright smile, wished me well and safe travels! To whom it may concern my wife and I visited Days Inn & Suits near the AFB and first let just say I had a reservation of course the establishment was around 7 hours away as we drove from southern Florida. We arrived around 5am tired I walk in and was not even greeted by the clerk I said im here for my stay and she looked me up and told me that reservation was terminated because it was considered a no show. Now how is it a no show if im standing in front of you ? The clerk said i lost all my money for the 3 nights i could stay but have to pay out of pocket. I was so upset i called Priceline they then called the Days inn where they responded saying “no refund” basically my wife and I were left on the street in a location were are not familiar with. I suffer from epilepsy just from stress alone. My wife was scared i was turning red and blood was rising. Im sharing so that you know that is considered theft and Im looking into possibly legal action. I could have gone into uncontrollable seizures because of the stress. Not fun. Zero stars. I hope i get a response from the owner soon. Im also letting you know this may fall under the Act 41 for Disabled Law…. Just for leaving a disabled individual on the street.

Theft…Flat out theft We reserved a room for 3 nights at this location. Due to extenuating circumstances we were unable to arrive until early hours of the day following checkin. They refused to let us stay even after being told my husband suffers from seizures and needs a place to rest. We were told we were considered no shows and not only would they not allow us to stay for the rest of our reservation, but refused to refund us the rest of our money essentially leaving us in the streets with no place to go to rest, in a city we have never been to before. The stress of it all nearly caused my husband a seizure out side, I witnessed as face started to contort under the stress of it all into what happens right before an episode. Please do your self and loved ones a favor and do not stay this place. They do not care about their customers, and only care about staying with your money!

Based on my visit and experience. the breakfast must be expanded with more variety of foods. The housekeeping guys were so friendly throughout my stay.

Booked room was not available when I arrived. Wyndham membership was not recognized. Room smell like water mildew. Baseboards incomplete. Homeless tent camp directly behind the hotel. Bu

EXTRA Clean rooms, 🔥 water, and a comfy bed. Felt like a new mattress and pillows. Don't let the outside fool you into thinking low quality. Slept well!!

This was a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. The room was clean and welcoming as I entered. Could use better soda and snack machine. But over all it was a nice and quiet stay. Thank you!
