Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Thibodaux - Hotel in Thibodaux - 158 Glenwild Dr, USA

The room was not clean. The bed linens smelled like sweat. The white towels were stained. Pillows left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping was less than satisfactory. My grandson ate a breakfast bar in bed and I purposely left the crumbs in the bed to see what housekeeping would do. When I returned that evening, I pulled back the covers and the crumbs were still there! Oh and I took lukewarm showers because we couldn't get the water to get any hotter.

My First time in Louisiana (and second time in the country) and I wasn’t expecting how hot it was going to be, each room having their own AC unit was a life saver, we had it at a nice 67f for the week . Bed was also super comfy and lots of parking which was nice. Now time for a couple cons, My girlfriend got locked in the bathroom, one light in the bathroom was out, the mini fridge leaked water, the room was way to dark with the lights, the inner mesh blind had black mold on it, around the window was cracked. The TV was way too dark and had lines in the left side like it was broken. The staff were amazing. The front desk ladies always greeted us and came running with the bathroom incident, even offered us another room because of it. House keeping came at different times everyday but that’s no biggie, even apologized when I forgot to put the “DND sign” up and they walked in. Definitely not the worst hotel I stayed in but it was just alright.

This hotel is a low quality choice if you must stay in Thibodaux, LA. The rooms are very outdated. Our bed sheets had a cigarette burn on them. The room did not have a coffee maker in it as described. There also was no free newspaper. The shampoo in the bathroom was not new. It had obviously been used by a prior guest. Overall, bad experience.

let me start off by saying how friendly and accommodating the staff was!! Not to mention how clean the rooms were!! I have children so cleanliness is a must for me! The beds were comfy, the AC was super cold, and stayed super cold. Its close to resturants, grocery stores, & department stores. This will now be my go to hotel when staying in Thib!! Thanks for making my stay great yall ♡

This property is well kept. Management has done a superb job. Imagine what they could do if they had a Wyndham and all of its resources. 2.5 stars because it did not have a restaurant onsite, otherwise a solid 3 star hotel.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, the room was smelly, wet, and dripping with condensation because the air conditioning looked like it hadn't been serviced in 30 years. Every piece of clothing, bedding, and towel was permanently wet in the room. Every metal surface was covered in water droplets and rusty. The walls and ceiling were stained with water damage. Some lights worked, some didn't. The wall plug ins were so loose and old, they were unusable. The tv screen was broken. The pool is padlocked and being "maintenanced" for an indefinite amount of time. It looks like it hasn't been open in years. This was a huge disappointment during our trip. The pool was a main reason we booked this instead of an air bnb. The "free breakfast" is watery waffle batter, nutrigrain bars, and fruit loops. The orange juice smells like pee. The 'apple' juice is straight sugar. A drug deal happened in the hallway right outside our door. The end building entrance which is designed to require a key card was permanently unlocked. A homeless person came in and stripped down to underwear and washed his laundry. The only good thing I can say is the staff was kind and accommodating. They were happy to provide fresh towels and answer questions. But the property is an absolute disaster. I don't see myself staying at any Wyndham property ever again. YIKES.

Michelle is an AMAZING employee here. After we checked in my husband went get us something to eat. Upon returning to our room I realized that the restaurant didn't give me the jelly I had requested. My husband went downstairs to to see if they had any available. Michelle said she would check and let us know. With the help of Michelle and Sam I got some jelly delivered straight to my room. That's what you call going ABOVE and BEYOND for your customers. They are a GREAT asset to this hotel. I'm happy I choose here to stay ❤️

The rooms are renovated, but not a very good job. Room key didn't work very well. Other customers had the same problem. No coffee maker in the room.
