The room was ok but we had some issues. One of the beds had crumbs and hair under the blanket and there was a huge stain on the pillow case. The let out couch is cheap and needs to be thrown out. The prop stand would not support the weight of the let out portion. We couldn't even lock our door completely. The door plate needs to be modified so that the latch could slide all the way out. There wasn't any extra blankets or sheets for the let out couch so we had to go to the front desk to get some. They didn't have any extra blankets but i was given some sheets. In the master bedroom, one of the sockets was inaccessible as it was behind the bed. The shower is small and I couldn't adjust the shower head. Fix that. The toilet is right up against the vanity so I couldn't even properly sit on it. Lastly. You people have the audacity to screw the iron housing onto the ironing board with an anti-theft tether attached to the iron. Forget about ironing pants on this board. There isn't much room. Lastly, the hotel has no vending machines which is a major inconvenience but they do sell beverages from behind the front counter. Needless to say, I won't be returning here nor will I be recommending this hotel to anyone. I hope this feedback helps others in the future have a better stay than we did. Good luck!
Nice staff , you can see that the hotel is old and looking out your room window it has entire court yard filled with trash and junk. Spilled water on floor and wiped up with towel that turned black. Charged me 40 extra for two dogs for one night which was absolutely ridiculous. Paid 140 for the night when this hotel should be at the 59.99 a night charge , complimentary breakfast was not even worth it . Only thing nice about the place was the staff. Would never stay here again. Very sad that the pictures on internet make it seem like very nice place. Those pictures must have been taken when they bought the place.
This hotel has seen better days. The rooms near reception are spacious but outdated, with old furnishings and evidence of doors being built over. The air conditioning in my room had a noticeable odor, which detracted from an otherwise clean space. While the hotel has potential, it desperately needs investment to improve both the exterior and interior to meet a decent standard. If you're seeking comfort and modern amenities, this might not be the best choice until renovations are made.
Positive: Very cordial staff; clean, updated and spacious room. This hotel is listed as a 2-star, but really was much more comparable to 3-star ones we've stayed at. Negative: Would like in-room coffee pot and a protein choice at breakfast, but these are minor issues.
We are in a very good place right now with just entering the newly remodeled hotel that shows the level of hospitality interest concerning the guests. We felt like family and was very impressed to hear that we matter. Chantelle at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel owners showed us how much we do mean
Toilet was dirty. Elevator and ice machine broken. Called the hotel and asked if we could register early and was told it was not an issue. When we arrived it was a huge problem. The water took forever to get hot. The free breakfast was less then we expected. We had to pay $70.00 for a room in order to sleep until the room we booked was ready. The room was quiet.
For the price, I was expecting a lot less. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room very clean, in the shower was actually high enough for my 6‘3“ heading to get the shower on top of that almost never happens in the hotel. Normally the Charlotte were here. It’s my shoulder blades.
Very pleased, not only with the staff who is quite friendly and helpful, they even opened the breakfast room for me after it closed so that I could get coffee before I hit the road. I’m in the area. I’ll definitely be staying here.
We've stayed at this motel several times and haven't been disappointed yet. The rooms are great with bedroom and sitting room separated. Which makes it nice if one person wants to go to bed and the other wants to watch TV. Great stay and we will be back 💯

This is a stopover for us on way to TX Gulf Coast. Very clean restrooms, hot showers, reasonably priced, & friendly staff make this an easy choice. Add to this the Lambert's Restaurant (the home of "throwed rolls") & it's a great way to start our win
