Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ridgeland - Hotel in Ridgeland - 150 Centre St, USA

Room available upon arrival was not what we reserved. The front desk lady wasn't helpful in correcting the error. She had an attitude and did not care. Poor customer service. The room had wet carpet in front of the window by the AC unit. Bathroom door would not close properly. The coffee in the lobby was so watery that you could see the bottom inside of the cup. The location was convenient, only 10 minutes from our 2 day meeting location.

When we arrived to our room there was glitter and white sticky residue on the sheets. We asked for another room but the front desk guy said no rooms were available. When we asked for hotels in the area they were all booked. We asked the guy to come change the sheets, and he said he didn’t have anyone. The front desk person came and took the sheet off the bed. Threw it onto the other bed and brought a comforter handed it to us and patted on the mattress pad stating you can sleep here this is fine. We asked for another comforter at least and different pillow cases. The front desk guy went and got another employee and brought him to our room and tried to explain the situation in another language. The two men proceeded to yell at each other for 6-7min in our room. A very awkward situation. When they got the bed made finally we asked for different towels as they were also covered in someone else’s hair, we asked for an exchange but had to go 2 other times to the desk to remind them. I later stepped into the lobby to call for food to come to the room and was told to stand elsewhere because the door was opening and closing! To make this worse the fire alarms went off around 1242am and when we went out to the front to ask what happened he said it’s fine you can sleep now. What a joke.

Positive: NOTHING! Negative: The clerk did not know where the gym was. he stated that he would look for it. I came back to the desk and he stated the gym was out of order. The Wi-Fi in the room was not working properly. We left the hotel to find better accommodations. Negative: ""

First, the hotel smells weird. Not sure what it is, but it doesn’t smell right at all. Secondly, I checked in, got my key, and when I opened the door to my room, there was someone already in there sleeping!! They programmed a key to open a room that someone else was in!!!! Think about how bad that could have been!!! I won’t be staying here again!

We had 5 people staying in our room. We had a room that would sleep 6. There were 4 towels and bath cloths in our room. So, we didn't have enough towels to begin with. When we got there that day we had been outside at a tennis tournament all day. We were all ready to shower before we went to supper. We went to go get more towels. We were told that we could only have two additional towels for the remainder of our stay. So basically we were told that we were limited on showers because who wants to use a dirty bath rag twice?!? Gross! What if we wanted to shower that night and the next morning?? Also, the entire place smelled of weed. I was afraid we would get high just by walking through the fumes. It was terrible. The entire hotel could use an update as well.

Nice cool room and clean. The price was reasonable as well. Customer friendly

We made a stop over in Jackson for the night. We arrived very early and we didn't have to wait for a room. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and there was plenty of hot water. They only offered a light breakfast and I feel that could be improved. Check in was very quick and easy.

The area is neat clean I felt safe. The hotel is clean. The rooms are clean and neat. Very peaceful and that is what I need.
