clean and renovated room, bathroom was spacious and clean. it included breakfast. The breakfast gave us variety of choices. The location was close to tourist attractions such as Horseshoe bend and Lake Powell. The parking spot was safe and close. In nutshell, I recommend this hotel. The only negative point would be the corridor's carpet and elevator which I believe they are gonna renovate soon.

I think overall the place was in a nice area for good price. I was not a fan of the sliding doors, but I understand it was meant more as a wheelchair accessible room which it would of been great for. They are doing remodeling but for a quick sleep, shower, and breakfast it met those requirements nicely.

We have stayed in four hotels the last five days and I can honestly say this was the least expensive and THE best out of all of them. We checked in super late at night and the front desk attendant was welcoming and got us checked in quickly. The room was very clean and exactly like the pictures shown on their site. The rooms have been updated and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in the area.

We stayed only one night. Beautiful exterior. Pool area was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Morning breakfast was kept clean with food being replenished timely. Cute balcony with chairs on some of the rooms. Our room was super clean, some of the furniture was showing wear but the cleanliness was above many hotels I've stayed in. Plenty of parking for oversized vehicles.

Positive: The location is nice. Negative: The hotel is so dirty, horrible. It stinks in the lobby and in the elevator. Bad smell never went away. Stains on bed sheets and towel. No ventilation in the bathroom. Old old food for breakfast. Coffee looks and smells like piss. Couldn't wait to get out

We stayed for a night during our 5-day Red Canyon Trip. This was our last stop before we headed to Las Vegas. Nice and well-maintained hotel to stay. Clean bed and bathrooms as well. Breakfast was ok, had options for Vegans with Cripsy Potatoes and Yoghurt, Waffels and Bagels. For others, they had scrambled eggs, bacon.

Vinni is great! He was super accommodating and helped us in every way he could. When we checked in we were put in a room with super bad smell, but Vinni went out of the way to help us and eventually got us in a room that doesn't smell at all! Definitely a good budget hotel option. You get what you paid for. Update: I dropped down the room stars because all of our family started exhibiting norovirus symptoms after the stay. Cant emphasize enough you get what you paid for.

Positive: Facility was well updated, clean, had a great breakfast provided every morning. Front desk staff is phenomenal! Location was easy access from hiway. Enjoyed drinking my coffee watching the sunrise from our balcony. Negative: All was good
