The room was very spacious, which was so wonderful! The beds were comfortable. |There was no luggage cart, so we had to carry everything from and to the vehicle. The breakfast was less the desirable. No sausage, eggs, etc. |There was an outdoor pool, which looked okay but we didn't use it because it was 70 degrees when we stayed. |I could hear my kids talking on our room when I was down the hall, so the walls were thin. But we felt safe when we were there.

The management was very helpful in rearranging our needed check-in date in number of days we were staying. They were very polite about it and we really appreciated it. It looks like the rooms have been recently updated with new paint, flooring and countertops. The beds and Windham bedding are very comfortable. The breakfast area had decent and typical offerings, but needs to be rearranged and redesigned because it is very crowded and difficult to get to the counter where the food is.

Looks good from the outside. However, the bathroom sink was dirty, and I got bitten 4 times by something on my arm and legs. They probably have bed bugs. And we have notified the front desk but I doubt they will do anything about it. Breakfast was NOT GOOD AT ALL! They had watered down juices, bread, a pancake maker, yogurt cereal and oatmeal. I feel like you should have more of a variety for the price you are paying. Pool was small and the people at the pool would stare and judge you the entire time your swimming. Also loud kids running the halls and we told them multiple times to stop. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything. Front desk guy was nice but overall I’m not satisfied with my stay and wish I didn’t spent so much money here when they have other nicer hotels. Not worth it.

Great place to say.. rooms were clean staff was great... even the outdoor pool was in good condition.. Nice size tv for the room with working Cable tv... ||The location is great if you are shopping both at the falls and buffalo.. and easy in and out of driveway..

Upon entering, the hotel was clean and the polite professional front desk girl greeted me. She got us all checked in and provided us our keys and an info sheet that just explains everything about the hotel from WiFi to breakfast, that was a really nice plus for convenience. The rooms are top notch clean, including the bathrooms. The bed frame it’s self on one of the beds creaked a little but the beds and pillows were comfortable and nice clean sheets. Breakfast was good, they tried to have a variety for everyone. The doors are thin but the walls are thick so you hear little things from time to time but there was like 6 kids in the pool playing and you couldn’t hear them even though our window faced the pool. Shower pressure was fine and water was nice and hot. And AC in the room was 5 stars! Also a quick 20 min beautiful scenic drive to the falls. 10/10 I would stay here again! I’m a big review reader and told myself I need to start being a review writer.

Checking in was easy, front desk person friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Pool was clean. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. This motel is completely updated. Great location! Near the Falls, shopping, restaurants. And, you can't beat the price! We will be back!!

The pillow was fluffy and comfortable the bed nice and frim the room was very clean. Every time I come to Buffalo I stay here love it love the staff the comfortable and hospitality. Next time I am there I try the pool and breakfast is delicious 😋

we came here for the Luke Combs concert and there were a lot of options in the surrounding area but this location had the best reviews for cleanliness and staff. this location was a little further than the others but we're SO HAPPY we chose here. Upon arrival we were greeted by Kayla who helped us check in and she was fabulous. She has an amazing, friendly and personable demeanour .. she really made us feel welcome and you can tell she enjoys her job. Scott accompanied her at the desk and he was also so nice to us and went the extra mile when we asked for different things! The room was a nice size, the sheets were clean, the bathroom was nice and spacious. The only thing I noticed was that there was not bad soap in the washroom but they did provide body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash so not a huge deal. There was tons of stuff in the area if you forget to bring something as well. I did enjoy that the hotel also has a small area where you can purchase snacks / smalls dinners and the breakfast is included. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially because of the level of service we received throughout our stay! Thank you Kayla and Scott
