This place absolutely deserves a five-star review. I paid around $120 and got a clean room close enough to the airport. The gentleman at the desk was super friendly and offered me all sorts of advice to get downtown. He called a cab for me to take me to the train station and when I arrived at the station the driver informed me that the hotel had paid for the cab. Room was small but tidy and clean with decent coffee. It felt safe And was surprisingly quiet. Anyone that gives this place a bad review should understand that you get what you pay for and if you want something fancy go stay at a $350 a night place like most of the airport hotels.

Don’t rely on the shuttle bus service to come on time. Call the hotel ahead of time if you plan on using that service.||Overall is okay. Good for the money and fine if you’re only there for one night. The staff are helpful and will hold your bags if you plan to stay in the city after checkout.||The breakfast is small- bagels/fruit cups. Fine enough for me.

This is your standard chain hotel the rooms are small but affordable. Linens and bathroom are clean but floors haven't been swept or mopped in a while. They have a very small tv with dish but it functions correctly. They have NO closet space so items will be left in plain view. My biggest issue is they advertise parking as a perk when the lot can hold a grand total of 5 cars after that it's a battle for spaces on the sidewalk where you are inevitably going to be blocked in. Otherwise convenient check in/out with friendly staff.

The hotel didn’t look as much when I arrived as the area is surrounded by a junk car lot and some processing plants but I think it was good value for the $140/night I paid just to spend the night, shower, then head over to Manhattan. The shuttle picks up at the federal circle in JFK—just take the Airtrain from any terminal. Once there it’s literally like a traffic circle and it’s not crowded, very easy to find. My room was clean, bed comfortable, shower worked well, and there was coffee in room. One issue which I didn’t report as I was rushing on way out was the seal in the toilet’s tank wasn’t fitting properly and it kept filling up making noise but it wasn’t loud enough to keep me awake plus I closed door to the bathroom. Also, the light breakfast is literally “light” bagels, cream cheese, some bottle of OJ, some fruit cups and same little coffee makers as the ones in the room, so I didn’t get the “coffee flavor” of a morning coffee cup. The shuttle driver was friendly and courteous as opposed to the girl in the front desk who was paying more attention to the TV than checking me in. It was fine in the end and I would stay here again for an overnight stay. Also, the Jamaica Center/Parsons train station is about three blocks away though it seems the block looks a bit sketchy.

Let's start with Monet at the front desk. She made me feel at home. Checked me in, no problems, explained everything and was so wonderful!!! Breakfast is not anything worth writing home about but you have your coffee, juice, bagel, oatmeal, some pastries, etc.... basic things. Shuttle back to airport... Ervin was great!! This was my first trip back to NY since I left 6 years ago. I knew the area wasn't a great area and I knew not to expect much from the breakfast so there wasn't anything that I didn't already know. My room was clean, my a/c worked, I had towels, coffee maker, TV, microwave and a small fridge in the room, friendly staff so I was happy as can be. The shuttle to JFK was an added bonus since many hotels in the area say they have a shuttle but when you call they tell you they don't. I would stay again. Thank you to Monet, her manager (I didn't get her name) and Ervin... you guys are great!!

The hotel.shuttlw was super late. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms but the bath towel had in a big hole. The bed was comfortable the TV could have done with a little better size and the toilet was kinda to low. I would stay here again despite these minor issue.

Save your money! Do not come here. I went to their other hotel to only find out they are shut down and a homeless shelter now. Drove over 40 to 50 mins to my original stay is moved to this location. The area and neighborhood is absolutely disgusting. Very unsafe. They barely have parking, they park cars on the sidewalk. The rooms are super tiny. Everything in the room is filthy and falling apart. The AC unit had a nasty smell. There was no hot water. I could not shower. They did not have enough selection for breakfast. TV was down for a while. The staff is very professional.

The neighborhood is extremely dangerous. The pictures of the hotel doesn’t not match with reality. No parking at all ( maybe for 8-10 cars) Moreover, burnt-out cars are parked near the hotel, which is scary. The stuff is good and polite, BUT the toilet was leaking all night, and at 5-6 am the construction was started at next building or somewhere near the hotel. Impossible to sleep.
