There is no pool. The main office is not air-conditioned . We did not unpack due to seeing cockroaches on the sticky pads and a mini cockroach hotel box by the TV stand. The room smelled awful. "Unable" to receive a refund within 1/2 of the allowed arrival time frame. Worst experience traveling ever while trying to accommodate several families in town for a funeral. Do NOT stay here.

We’re Do I Start The Dad Is Very Rude So His Kids Run Front Desk ; And If He Is Up There You Will Have A Hard Time.. The Rooms Are Nasty Floor Is Not Clean ,Bed Smell Like Piss; Roaches Are Super Bad They Will Give You Spray To Spray It. Door Is Not Sealed So A Rat Ran In And Ran Out. The AC Doesn’t Work Takes 5 Hours To Get Cold . Rags Are Dirty Looks Like It’s Old Blood On It. DO NOT GO HERE IF I COULD RATE THE HOTEL IT WOULD BE -10.!!! COST TO MUST TO SLEEP WITH ROACHES AND MOLD AND RATS.

Pictures on website weren’t like this hotel, was renovating the pool was closed so I couldn’t take granddaughter to the pool. The noise was terrible where they were fixing the place up and the breakfast there was no breakfast. I did online then got there and had to recheck in there so what’s the point definitely won’t be back

What a disgusting hotel. rust, mold, dead bugs, paint peeling all over the place, no hot water. WHAT A DUMP please do not stay here. Do not believe the photos they have posted on the website. would give a minus 10 star if possible

Absolute dump - avoid at all costs. The room was dirty and the air conditioner was broken (Georgia in July). Breakfast was not included although the reservation clearly stated it was.

The appliances all worked well and room cleaning was available daily. The room I got was spacious and the bed was big and bedbug-free. ||I did see a few cockroaches during my stay and the pool was in poor condition. Just to be safe, I’d recommend putting clothes through the dryer on hot to ensure you don’t bring cockroaches or their eggs home with you

We checked in and checked out after seeing our room. The location doesn’t feel safe. The check in is plastered with plexiglass and warnings of child trafficking. The door to the room was chipping paint and roaches could easily crawl under the door which failed to seal completely. The air conditioner was an experiment in dust collection and mold. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like a Petri dish. I’m not sure if the chairs were requisitioned from a crime scene cleanup company, but they sure looked like it. The breakfast was not going to be served due to “remodeling”. I didn’t see the remodeling. Hopefully it’s soon. If you’re looking for a place that you could post a negative review about, you’ve found it.

The filthiest, nastiest, most disgusting, unexceptional hotel possible. Planned to stay overnight rather than drive home several hours after a long day at a conference at a local university. This hotel is a disgusting dump. 1st room smelled like cat urine. There were live flies on the bed! Got a second room. Same filth and smell of urine. I used the internet to log into a work meeting. I sat on my coat to use the chair at the sticky desk. Immediately left after using the internet for my 2 hour meeting. I would rather drive home several hours and sleep in my car at a roadside restaurant than stay at this garbage dump. That is an insult to the dump. The garbage dump has to be cleaner and smell better. Whyndam Hotel should be ashamed to have this hotel in their chain. Warning...don't go near this hotel. This place needs to be condemned by the board of health. The deer and wild coyotes that live in Georgia would not stay here. The Humane Society would not allow the animals to stay here. This place is not fit for humans or animals.
