Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eunice - Hotel in Eunice - 1251 Laurel St, USA

Upon check in, i was actually pleasantly surprised by the condition of the front entrance and the young men working the front desk. Even the room was better than expected, although dated. The best surprise was that there was no moldy smell as it was when I last stayed years ago. |The problem came on Sunday morning, the day of checking out. I was in town for a funeral which was already very emotional to say the least. We knew check out was @ 11:00. We were finishing packing and exactly at 11:00, a very loud, strong knock on the door and a voice say”manager front desk” happened twice before my fiancé could answer as i was in the bathroom. When she opened the door he had a bad, unpleasant look saying “time to checkout”, she replied we know we’re about done. She then let the door go and it closed as all of them do. The manager then very loudly yelled “Don’t slam my door” as i was coming out of the restroom. We had to take a long pause and quick prayer not to engage in his unprovoked, unprofessional nasty attitude. We have traveled the world and have never experienced anything like this. Furthermore, it’s really shameful that someone in this industry, in a place that has always had a culture of treating people with respect and dignity would act this way. It’s been at least 10 years since i stayed here and now i don’t plan on returning!

Some of the people who work for this company are very rude and unprofessional. They would rather revoke your reservation than speak to you with kindness and professionalism.People like that don't need to be behind a desk serving other people with a nasty attitude.I used to love renting from this place until I experienced this type of behavior from one of their employees who claimed he owned Days Inn😂 I will never go back to this place on how I was treated and I would recommend anyone to try other hotels first before considering Days Inn,and make them your last choice.

GREAT STAFF !!!!! Breakfast was far more than any other days Inn I've stayed in these past few years. Nice clean rooms and safe location. WILL BE BACK AND HIGHLY recommend, Thank you again to the amazing front desk team who took care of my family!

Do not stay at this hotel Today in the morning they are trying to steal money from one of my workers just because he is Hispanic and does not speak perfect English, they are threatening him with calling the police, thinking that he is afraid and will hand over the amount they are giving him. asking for the resepsionist, and you can read all the comments previous to this one, it is a rubbish service, it is not an obsession, think about it before having a bad day, these people, who work to steal from others, must be punished

Great room and great price! Great staff !! the breakfast was a little bit more than typical days Inn. And it was good. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly, and attentive to their guest. And the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will be back.

Positive: Front desk is nice Negative: No balconies. One thing I missed in description. Would've went to a location tgat had one.. most of the beach hotels do

The motel was great the people are wonderful. Coffee always hot and fresh rooms are clean motel is clean tge breakfast could have more in it but it's ok. Any problems they get right to it. The will help you anyway they can.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds with 4 nice pillows. This place is the best value in Eunice.
