Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham DeSoto - Hotel in DeSoto - 1401 I-35E, USA

Nice hotel with easy access to the interstate. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and courteous. Worth the little drive it takes to get there from the interstate. The only downfall to the hotel is, if you are staying more than one night they will not come in and clean the room or give fresh towels. You have to go ask for them.

Definitely a hotel I recommend. I stayed at this location for a few months and didn't have many problems. They take very good care of the property, they upgraded the rooms to be all hardwood, they take out the air conditioners and clean them. Ms. Rochelle and Rasheed make you feel at home with their customer service. Always friendly and very welcoming. Their breakfast isn't too bad, it consist of cereal, yogurt, waffles that you put in a toaster, coffee, orange and apple juice. I never experienced any bug issues while staying. I definitely recommend this place. The only thing I don't like is even if you have an Emtional Support Animal, they will still charge you $20 a day for the pet no matter how long you stay there. Also Lorena was the best cleaning lady, always friendly to me and my kids.

Non of the photos are accurate, the fridge is broken even after they say it was replaced. Bathroom was not clean, continental breakfast, frozen waffles and cereal, cold coffee. Definitely needs attention. Manager told staff customers don't need coffee when I told them it was cold. All handicap parking is on the back of the building, the 1 spot in front is occupied by the security guard vehicle. But I never saw a guard.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I had reserved a NON Smoking room. My room smelled like cigarettes, and it had fleas. Front desk Never offered another room, they just said "Oh". I had to get a refund for my 2nd day.

Positive: The front desk staff was very friendly. Negative: This hotel is trash. It attracts a certain type of clientele. The furniture is outdated, the toilet didn't flush properly.The sheets were stained, and they don't give you an iron. Don't stay here unless it's absolutely NECESSARY! Negative: ""

Please honor military discount. I was told she could honor it but because it was the weekend she couldn't give it. Also make sure you check reviews before booking. 13 pictures should have been a sign. This building needs some serious remodeling. When we booked the website showed one amount however when we actually got to the hotel the tries to Price gouge us. Always check your stuff. Overall I give it a 2. This is something something off of Scared straight

Room are horrible and they were not clean smelt horrible. Not quiet at all could hear the neighbors and anyone walking by conversations. Don’t waste your money.

New 50” TV’s Were the “Cats Meow” A 2 star motel with 5 star TV’s. Truly a pleasant surprise! The new floors, fresh paint and improved amenities made for an enjoyable stay for someone that is a stickler for cleanliness.., As they would have said in the 1950’s; “The Cats Meow”.
