Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Castle Rock - Hotel in Castle Rock - 4691 Castleton Way, USA

I have always written positive reviews, but this is not the case this time. The room reeked of cigar smoke and mold. My wife was booked for 3 nights. She asked for another room, but Days Inn refused. She moved to a Best Western Motel nearby for the final two nights and all was well. This Days Inn should not be on your list to stay. Stay somewhere else...you'll be much happier...AND at the SAME PRICE.

Awful. The place is big infested. Beds were not cleaned and sheets were dirty. Unable to provide clean sheets. We had to leave and request refund. This was refused -the property does not agree ! Let’s see if small claims agrees when they see our photos. We will be filing with another customer as this was not an isolated example. Not posting here- I want the photos to be a nice surprise at the hearing. I’ll enjoy listening to how they think this meets basic decent standards.

Bedbugs!!! Manager is nasty rude and acted like I was trying to get a discount when I brought her the live bedbug! My company covers all my expenses. Then she refused to hold the packages I had ordered to that hotel for the following week when I was due to come back but opted not to stay. Now I even have packages shown delivered and signed by her shift. But can’t be located. I do not recommend this hotel. And as for the owners response, the room was not unacceptable yes there might had been debris and sticky stuff because I was there for a week and your housekeepers didn’t knock on my door nor enter to clean at all. plus I had my grand kids over . I work hard so yes I’m sure there was stuff on the bed but not to the extent you are saying and that goes back to your housekeepers not bothering to knock or come in to clean. When I’m home I clean my house when I’m on the road and stay at a hotel one of the amenities is not having to clean my own room and I’ve never had a hotel have any issues with my rooms. This truely sounds like you are trying to nit pick to deflect the focus off on your hotel and put blame on your guest. Sounds just like your manager. I do stand by my opinion I do not recommend this hotel for personal or business stays. There are way better motels in town like the OYO.

Do not stay at this hotel. They say they clean the rooms. They say the staff is friendly. They lie. Listen to the reviews. Stay away from here. They charge over $100 for a room. The pool is not at temp. The hot tub isn't even hot and the staff sucks. Front desk thinks they're management and they are not. Do not stay with Days inn or any Wyndham hotel... MORE ADDED TO REVIEW OKAY GUYS GO AHEAD AND LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU STAY HERE IT WAS A SAFE SPACE TO PARK AFTER A SURGICAL PROCEDURE NEXT DOOR AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE $100 A NIGHT FOR JUST A COUPLE HOURS OF PARKING THE OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA IF YOU DO HAVE A DOCTOR'S NOTE MAY GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT DAYS IN DOES NOT DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was a suite, very spacious and comfortable. Tv was pretty small. When we first checked in, the room assigned to us had clearly been smoked in. After some discussion, we were moved to another, acceptable room.

• Horrible rooms are dirty and smell like cigarettes and piss. • Room was dirty and had old fingernails in bed, hairpins in bed, crumbs in bed, piss stains on bed, and BUGS. • Other rooms offered were also dirty and smelled heavily of cigarettes and piss. • Even if you are respectful about asking for a refund, management will immediately have a NASTY attitude and refuse. They charged me for the first AND second day even though we hadn’t even stayed the first night. • You will see by managements reply to this that they take no responsibility for the state of the rooms and are willing to lie to keep their crappy jobs defending this crappy hotel. • Go somewhere else.

Great value. Very clean. Freeway noise but otherwise quiet. Great staff. Amazing array of eateries nearby. Also has two auto parts stores nearby if you are driving and need anything. Pretty good fitness room. Very simple breakfast, but adequate.

Terrible hotel. Rooms were falling apart. Carpets were gross and front staff were rude. Will never stay here again EDITED TO ADD: you can clearly tell by the owners response how classy they and this hotel chain is. Deplorable behavior from a company. I encourage everyone to stay far away from here. And yes there is carpet lol.
