Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bridgeport - Clarksburg - Hotel in Bridgeport - 112 Tolley Dr, USA

Room was decent for the price. But the pull out couch was very stained. Had no sheets for it. And you could tell it has been used several times. (Not a huge deal. I mean it's a hotel pull out couch, it probably sees a lot of action). When we went the pool was closed and the fitness center next doors pool was also closed that was an activity we were really looking forward to and couldn't do. Breakfast options were good for the price. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in town, but hopefully the pool is open.

We all loved our stay. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were also very impressed with the breakfast. We will definitely stay here for our future visits.

Everything was pleasant. Ron the clerk was very nice. He was able to change my room to the first floor. There is not an elevator and I had a little one with me. He explained that there was a hot breakfast with real eggs and I'm used to having cereal and waffles for breakfast in a lot of hotels. Need more people like Ron. Some clerks are clearly there for a job and not friendly at all.

Heard that this Inn was very nice and clean, so we decided to book and see if its legit. Memorable thing about this inn was how nice and patient Harry was, the front desk was! The rooms are very clean and it smells nice as well. Would come again. :)

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. We were passing through on our way to New York. I overlook the filth on the carpets and everything when we walked in. We got to the room and smelt like cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room. I let that go too. We were only in the room overnight to sleep, and by the time we woke up, neither one of us could breathe. We found all kinds of mold in the bathroom, also found black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We checked out immediately because we didn’t feel well and complained to the manager and he gave us 1000 Wyndham points. Yippee! That’s gonna get me far. 🙄 I tried to call and speak to him on the phone, but he’s rude and nasty. Do not stay in this hotel if you can avoid it.!!

Enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy, only complaint is that pillows had a lot to be desired. Pool was under maintenance but gave us a pass to swim at fitness club next door. Breakfast good. Biscuits, gravy, bacon, eggs, cereal. Would def stay again. And price of booking online for $65 was even better

I had stayed recently for several weeks at Days inn , Bridgeport, WV My experience throughout the stay exceeded my expectations. It was one of most comfortable experience in past many years. All the staff were very helpful , cordial and courteous. These are staff provided excellent services. Guest Services 1. Mr. Ron 2. Mr. James 3. Mr. Chris 4. Mr. Mauricio Supervisor. Mr Harry Breakfast Area staff 1. Matt 2. Dave House Keeper 1. KP Mr. Ron . On the First check in and most of the time Mr. Ron who works in the evening shift did my check in. On the first time and each time he greeted and welcomed me. He completed check in process very smoothly. Each and every time when he met and ask if he can help me and made my stay very comfortable. When Ron was off other guest service staff including Mr. James,Mr. chris and Mr. Mauricio Very very help and cordial. Mr. Harry the supervisor always asked me how he can be helpful and provided excellent guest services. House Keeper Mr. KP made sure that my room was clean and ensured that the supplies were replaced. Regarding breakfast area staff Mr. Matt and Mr. Dave ensured that the breakfast was ready . The breakfast timings are very convenient starting from5 am . They both made sure by checking frequently that the food is replaced and adequate. They both provided excellent services. In summary I would like state all the staff are providing excellent services, eager to help even if it requires to walk an extra mile. They all work as a team and in harmony. They have following remarkable qualities. Just to give few examples 1. Reliable and dependable 2. Trustworthy and honest 3. Knowledgeable 4. Problem solving capabilities 5. Walking an extra mile 6. Customer oriented approach We are sure that they enjoy what they do and that is the reason they are able to provide 
such an exemplary services. Their services matches with high standards of Which has been set by Wyndham and the management.. This is what We call The Five star services. Please pass our thanks and gratitude to The the above staff. They all are truly asset.

Stayed night of 8/30 in prep for WVU game. Went to pull out sofa bed, and bugs were crawling all over it (presumably bed bugs). Immediately checked out and went across the street to another hotel. Thankfully they had availability. I doubt that room had been used in months, as there was other aspects that just made my skin crawl. Kudos to the staff for issuing a prompt refund!
