My reservation was literally last minute but the reservation process was simple and easy to navigate. Upon arrival, Veronica was the front desk person. She is so impressive! She’s friendly, professional & efficient. Even though I felt the room’s floors should have been vacuumed better than they were, overall I had a very pleasant experience. I’ll definitely stay here again in future trips to the area.
The staff was very professional. They gave me an extended checkout without any extra cost. The room was clean and comfortable. They have an in room coffee maker and refrigerator. They also offer free breakfast. I only gave the location 3 stars because of the traffic, and I had to go 10 miles out of my way to get to it. They do not offer smoking rooms. When checking in, you have to sign an acknowledgement that you will be charged $150 if you smoke in the room.
When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by broken pots in the driveway and a shattered glass window. Upon check in, the lady at the desk checked us in but also double charged my payment, as payment was already made upon precheck-in before arrival. Instead of notifying me of this, she just said that the system was being slow. Once i checked my account, i saw the error. When we got to our room the mirror over the jacuzzi tub was dirty with prints (looked like body parts) and the toilet had urine and toilet paper in it. When we brought this up to the front desk she immediately moved us to a new room. After settling in for the night we started to notice little things around the room. There were hairs all over the shower and towels and the electricity was spotty, light switches that didnt work and the tv reception was not great at all. Continuously cutting in and out. The next morning we also noticed a trail of ants coming in from the connecting door for the ajoining room (not occupied by us). We did address this with the office and by the time we went out for the day and returned later we did not see anymore ants. They do offer a small variety of different breakfast items that were nice.
Positive: The location at the time Negative: My appliances underneath the built in like fridge & microwave were very dusty. I wrote my name in it. One of our beds had sheets inside out & brown stains on corners! Mind you that was our second room! The first one given had a horrible stench!!
Love this hotel , the customer services is beyond expectations, the rooms are very clean and close to every restaurant and gas stations , close to the highway and main streets, thanks for making my stay with my family so easy , see you guys next time
Positive: "" Negative: The air conditioner makes a lot of noise turning on and while it's on.Front desk had no personality
Staff friendly and accommodating. Price was excellent. Some furniture and accessories had excessive wear and needed to be replaced. Room needed more wiping down but nothing a clorox wipe didn't solve in 2 minutes. Frig freezer was dirty but we didn't need to use it at all. Considering the total experience we would probably stay again. Updating would highly increase ratings!!!
Positive: "" Negative: Sheets fid not fit bed and kept coming off, didn't have alot of water pressure or hot water

Fresh poke bowl loading with salmon and tuna. I usually eat multiple rolls at a sushi restaurant and you get way more tuna and salmon here. Worth the stop. I had a trailer and was able to park in the back of the lot
Fantastic.12/26/23 @11:30 AM. Walked into a clean restraunt, and greeted by a very friendly staff. The young man behind the counter that took our order showed pride in what he was doing through his customer service skills and was clearly thankful for
The atmosphere was so welcoming. The inside is very charming and cozy. I love the authentic feel to the place. The young lady working in the front was so sweet and offered to turn on Scooby-Doo Halloween movies for my 4 year old. Food definitely exce
